This was our first time at this location. It was easily accessible. The ordering process on the kiosk was seamless. Our food was brought out to us in a timely manner. Staff was so friendly and accommodating!

Ended up not getting anything as the prices for what I saw was outrageous. I saw a couple orders come out and then looked at the prices compared to the food and honestly I'd rather have In and Out. If you are looking for small portions at exorbitant prices by all means go and visit here. They always have plenty of parking as there are very few people that I actually see go there. I'm thankful there were others there that ordered so I didn't waste my hard earned money on something I would have been upset about.

The shake was delicious, but not $7 dollars delicious. I'll never go there ever again.

The food was delicious. Unfortunately it took a while and the prices are relatively expensive for a fast food chain, hence only 4 stars.

Over priced. Service was slow, fries were cold sent them back. The new ones were not hot either. Shakes were very thin mix. Burger was ok, chicken sandwich ok. Buns seemed to be too small for food. Did not enjoy would not go back. Was wondering why on a Friday at 5 PM there was no one in the restaurant now I know why.

Shack shack has to get it together. Yesterday, I could order food on-line and get it through the drive thru. Today, they do not do that anymore. Plus, you have to wait another 5-10 minutes standing around insude after the drinks/food were supposed to be ready. Not worth it! What is the point of a drive thru if you can't order ahead and pick up your food?? Tired of being lied to and the managers do not care!

The manager/supervisor on Saturday October, 12 at 9:50PM is horrendous. I put in an order through Uber eats and when I was picking it up, they could not find it and said that they gave it away to someone else and they could not do anything about it. All said without any apologies and with an attitude. No resolutions or any sort of attempt at it. She could definitely use some more training.

My first time trying Shake Shack. The food was good, the burger was small but tasty. The drinks were good too!!! I have yet to venture on the menu bc milkshakes are next!!! The cashier was super friendly!

Customer Service was amazing. The whole restaurant and bathrooms were extremely clean. The food was hot and delicious. I was impressed with my overall visit, and will return again.
