First time having Shake Shack. Whoever said this place is better than In N Out, I KNOW YOU LYING!!!

The service was really nice. The inside was nice and clean. The prices are high. Double hamburger was really greasy. The shake was not thick. The unsweetened tea was good. Cost $21. Not worth the price.

It had been a few yrs since I visited a snake shack location. Food was good, location was clean and atmosphere was quiet. A little pricey.

I ordered Smoke Shack from Uber Eat, it was BOGO after tax was $14.00 which means each one it cost $7.00 (original each burger after tax is $11.99 + tax and it's $9.49 at the store, I have to say the portion was so small, it's like 1/2 of size from In & Out burger, and the bacons were overbooked, very dry, I would never go to Shake Shack again in my life, so not worth it for the price, don't understand why it's famous? just the name? So not worth it even I got BOGO, it's not even worth for $3.00.

I don't feel any similarity from their photo that posted.
