Overall Starbucks lost all value for size and the actual coffee quality per cup seems to be weak compared to a decade ago. At least this location has been consistent and has good customer service.

The Starbucks is located at the Tesla superchargers in this little section of East Las Vegas. The last time I was there I was able to see a Tesla cyber truck at the supercharger and the officer Lee was so nice. He let me take a look inside. sit inside and even take pictures. It was an awesome experience.

When I had bad time, I always get a coffee over there, the Beautiful coffee and nice employees there make me feel better, when my mood down with my life, I need order a tasty coffee over there, make me smile and think about life still need be going on, when it’s my happy days, i definitely to get coffee there, cause i can taste sweet and happy from coffee ☕️. I love Starbucks, but this location is absolutely my favorite 🤩, without a doubt.

We come all the way from the rainbow and Craig. A 10 minute drive, bypassing several Starbucks location that we have tried and are pretty great themselves but nothing compared to this location. How can they get better each time but somehow they manage to outdue themselves. Atmosphere, customer service, the face of the company, to the great workers in the back(one of the workers back their peeked around and gave us a big beautiful smile, she enjoys working for this company) top tier!!!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

They told me they were having a release of bear cups earlier in the week today so I go the store to try to get them I tried calling to confirm multiple times tonight I talk to someone on the phone they say they are unsure what they are getting I go through the drive through and I ask if the same person that took my phone call is the person that took my order the guy Thomas was his name in drive through which I’m sure is same person that answered my call I get my drink next thing you know I have 2 north Las Vegas police officers at my car telling me I’m trespassed for arguing with one of the baristas I’m about ready to sue Starbucks over this calling the police under false pretenses is a crime I never argued with anyone there so not only did I waste my time my gas and also made a purchase I was trespassed for no reason and had police shine flashlights in face and open my car door all because I wanted a stupid bear cup wow just wow I seriously can’t believe it I’ll be in contact with corporate over this and I might also take legal action as well crazy absolutely crazy

If you are charging your Tesla they will still make you make a purchase to use their bathroom. I came in 9 months pregnant needing to use the restroom while I charge my vehicle and they attempted to charged me close to a dollar to use the restroom. Do not charge here.. go to lake mead and 15 where it is cheaper and more considerate for the general population! Mind you I go in there almost everyday and purchase drinks and never even use their restroom, but I didn’t have any money this time and bladder was full before I head home down the street. Tesla needs to come up with a solution for charging. Come up with a way for owners to use the restroom.

I meant to write this review on Saturday, but I got busy! I just have to say how wonderful Destinie is at this Starbucks! She’s always so friendly and welcoming, and she makes my drink perfectly every single time. She really brightens up my visits, and it’s clear she cares about her customers. I actually went in today and was a little sad not to see her there, it’s just not the same without her smile and amazing service. Destinie is definitely a star and one of the reasons I keep coming back!
