I've been coming here for months, and the last 10ish order of Venti Matcha have been incorrect and it turns out that even if I specify "2 scoops" of match they still put the 4 standard. I hate having to get order corrected cause I know how busy they get but really this has got to stop!

I've been ordering Starbucks for 20 years and I've had the gold car for almost as long, the app as soon as that came out. I don't appreciate being told an obvious lie to get out of a mistake made over an apology and someone at this store scanned my "scan & pay" app which is supposed to take the funds straight from the card associated with it. I knew there wasn't enough left so I knew I had to scan a second card but the second amount was the full amount. So when I asked if the scan and pay worked they tried to say I didn't tell them that's what they were scanning so they didn't ask it to pay. It does not work like that, never ever has. I get the whole customer isn't always right, but lying and trying to blame them instead of just "my bad." That's wild. Yes, the lie is what the 1 star for service was over, not the failed technology or the mess up.

Possibly the worst starbucks I've been to. They didn't allow us to use restrooms if we didn't purchase. I asked to purchase a cup of water. They wouldn't allow us to purchase a stupid cup of water unless we bought something else.

I got my coffee it was so hot like it normally is from Starbucks but it was so full to the top when I took the lid off and spilled on my white shirt that kind of made me upset I think you need to leave a little room so somebody when they take the lid off it doesn't burn the Marshal all over their shirt

This location is NOT DISABLED FRIENDLY. I was taken through the drive-thru because i cannot walk, and proceeded to place my order. I asked for a new seasonal item, and was told it was in stock. The employee then continued to tell me I HAD TO WALK INSIDE TO MAKE THE PURCHASE. This is extremely ABLEIST AND SHOULD BE AGAINST THE LAW FOR DISCRIMINATION. I asked to speak with a manager to please assist me with payment, and was told that THEY were the manager on duty. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere- any place else that’s inclusive to ALL.

3 days in a row the inside isn't open after 5am when they indicate it is...I pre-order so I don't have to wait 25 mins ina drive thru line...won't be going back to this location anymore

I wanted to say a huge thank you to the ladies at this location. I completely forgot to get their names. Today I stopped by and I accidentally dropped my drink from the drink carrier. Thankfully they were so kind enough to make me a new one. I really really appreciated that. Thank you again! My drink was so delicious.

as a sbux partner myself, i'm so disappointed in this starbucks. i recently moved here and have tried 4 times to make this one work but i've noticed whenever i order in the morning, my drinks are always made incorrectly and it takes an insane amount of time for anything to come out. i've restored to mobile ordering 15 minutes ahead of time for 2 drinks yet they are always made horribly. afternoon/nightcrew is wonderful and have made my drinks delicious but morning crew is so bad at their jobs. my drinks aren't made with the same level of attention to detail that i would find at other stores in my area. i've held out hope for this starbucks and made excuses since i'm a partner and i know how it gets sometimes but after a certain point, it's not the circumstances, it's the partners themselves. highly disappointed in this starbucks morning crew. night crew is amazing but morning needs to get their stuff together.

In all the years of being a customer, I have never had a bad experience until today. The atmosphere was dry. Not one welcoming vibe in the place. Compared to other Starbucks this one better serves to use the drive-thru only, in hopes that your order is right. My drink (hot) was warm at best, the cashier was clueless about what I had ordered, no one spoke up and it sounded like you had to give them a megaphone just to hear them. If I had not looked at the counter consistently, I would have never known my order was up. I don't know if they were all tired, unenthused, or down right just not motivated to be at work, but this is a location I won't visit again unless I have too.
