I went to this establishment tonight and ordered a double smash burger 🍔 with grilled onions and fries 🍟 and a drink. The meat 🍖 was seasoned well. The fries 🍟 were seasoned just right ✅️ 😋 I'll be back!!!

I had the # 1 combo which is the Double steak burger meal. I would say as my first time trying this spot the only good thing was the fries. The meat was very salty and had no flavor. I would rate this place 6/10. Definitely wouldn’t come back

y'all need to start investigating restaurants. the Mansfield Ohio location is the worse thing I've ever layed eyes on. 10 minute wait didn't even get to place our order got called some racist slurs because the female attendant kept the Mike on so that's cool. got on goggle saw all the glowing reviews going on about how people wait over 30 minutes and bathroom's having fluids left everywhere. I'll be happy when all the steak & shakes close.

Absolutely horrible! This was one of my favorite childhood staples, so I stopped in eager and mouth ready. Only for the absolute most heartbreaking letdown. The staff was young and seemed irritated and kept getting upset with the customers. The fries are not the traditional shoestring fries that steak and shake is known for AND they were severely undercooked. I paid eight dollars for a loose runny milkshake, after the flavor that I wanted was unavailable. They need to take this out of the cannery ASAP. This location is absolutely dreadful. I will never come here, and if I didn’t already like steak ‘n Shake, I would never come back.
