I went to this establishment tonight and ordered a double smash burger 🍔 with grilled onions and fries 🍟 and a drink. The meat 🍖 was seasoned well. The fries 🍟 were seasoned just right ✅️ 😋 I'll be back!!!

I had the # 1 combo which is the Double steak burger meal. I would say as my first time trying this spot the only good thing was the fries. The meat was very salty and had no flavor. I would rate this place 6/10. Definitely wouldn’t come back

y'all need to start investigating restaurants. the Mansfield Ohio location is the worse thing I've ever layed eyes on. 10 minute wait didn't even get to place our order got called some racist slurs because the female attendant kept the Mike on so that's cool. got on goggle saw all the glowing reviews going on about how people wait over 30 minutes and bathroom's having fluids left everywhere. I'll be happy when all the steak & shakes close.
