I order on line there mvp I gave special directions on the build like I wanted pepper jack cheese didn't get it I want my dressing on the bread they didn't do it ,I wanted to be lightly toasted my bread is hard . I come here all the time but my first time ordering on line I will never do it again I will always walk in to make sure my sub is made the way I want it .

More than $30 for 3 six inch sandwiches that were supposed to have double meat. I was fine with the price til we got home and saw that this locations double meat is less than a regular portion at any other subway I've been to. What a rip off

This location should just close . Absolutely terrible. Sloppy wrong sandwiches everytime , produce is NEVER fresh / or things aren’t in stock . 2 workers at a time that are probably in high school making minimum wage to help support this trash store and themselves. Close and move those workers to the losee location ! Waiting 30 minutes for a sandwich when the store is empty is outrageous.

Store 48739 on North 5th street North Las Vegas. This is so disgusting . Absolutely can’t believe this but I placed an order through the drive-thru with my daughter for 2 sandwiches and we get home to find out 1 of our sandwiches had a big bite out of it and had red lipstick on it! Clear as day , a bite out of the corner of the sandwich with lipstick. My husband ended up taking it back to the store and they said there was nothing they could do about it and that they don’t wear lipstick!! but they will call the owner Never again will I buy at this particular Subway. So nasty!
This place reminded me why I stopped coming to Subway. Drink machine is gross and mostly soda water, no flavor.When out of cookies - they will not make anymore once they're gone.To the girl who jumled in front of me and bought all the cookies on me - your mom is a h03.

"Titan Turkey" = The driest sandwich I've ever had. They forget several ingredients, including mayonnaise. It was so dry it kept falling apart."Elite Chicken & Bacon Ranch" = With No Chicken...?Do better Subway!! This is not worth our time and money. It's DISRESPECTFUL!!

HORRIBLE!!! Go somewhere else!They say open 24 hours, but doors were locked at 830 on a Friday night!!! Drive through backed up. Waited 15 mins without the line moving at all. Finally gave up. Poor management obviously. Go somewhere else. If you really want subway, there is a better one on aliante pkwy and on loseee. This place will not make it.Wanted to add this… why would a fast food place have the inside closed at 8pm on a friday?? Maybe if it was open, the drive through wouldn’t be so backed up?? Again, poor management and go somewhere else.
