Sunshine & Tailwinds Cafe is a hidden gem in Southern Nevada, offering awesome service, great traditional breakfast and lunch options, and the best green chili burger in town. With three locations and over 20 years of experience, this cafe provides delicious food at great prices. The atmosphere is welcoming and kid-friendly, making it a fun spot for families, especially those with children who love airplanes. Guests can enjoy watching planes and helicopters take off and land while indulging in their meals. Located inside the North Las Vegas Airport building on the second floor, Sunshine & Tailwinds Cafe features many model airplanes hanging from the ceiling and delightful aviation decorations throughout. The cafe serves a mix of homemade and diner food, with some items like wings and fries receiving particular praise for their price and quality. While some dishes may be a little less amazing, nothing was bad. The service is friendly and casual, contributing to a cozy dining experience. Although some customers wish the cafe was open past 2pm, it remains a must-visit spot for both locals and travelers alike.
