I've used the Good Life Meal Prep for 2-3 weeks now and it's amazing. Their menu has been delicious and even the mashed potatoes had me craving for more. Highly recommend!

I hired Chef Andrew from The Good Life meal and prep. For my Husband Costco theme birthday party. I couldn’t be more impressed from the communication to the food everything was so great. Love how chef Andrew was in character checking people “membership card.” Also, Felisha was so easy to talk and communicate my ideas and my vision I had for this party.

Andrew and Elisha are super knowledgeable and made beautiful looking, healthy, amazing tasting food for our event, even with extremely specific guidelines. The Good Life meal prep is the absolute best meal prep service in Las Vegas. We’ve tried a handful of other companies and let me just say:
1. The quality and taste is amazing versus some other meals I’ve had tasting bland.
2. The price is unmatched. Delivered to your door with portion sizes that don’t disappoint.
3. We’ve also done a couples cooking class at their physical location where Chef Andrew taught us how to make a Beef Wellington. One of the best experiences my wife and I have had on a date night.
4. They are involved in the community and volunteer their time to teaching kids how to prepare healthy meals for themselves.

We love and recommend The Good Life Meal Prep to anyone who needs help with meals for any occasion. Whether you’re prepping for a competition or just don’t have a ton of time on yours hands to cook. The convenience of having these delicious meals delivered to your door are well worth the cost!

THE BEST MEAL PREP IN LAS VEGAS. We own a gym here locally and we have had our fair share of meal prep, and the Good Life is the only one that we haven't burned out on. We have ordered from GL for 5 years and LOVE their whole staff

Amazing chef & meal prep company. They also offer cooking classes. I’ve been able to join in on two of their monthly cooking classes and they’re absolutely amazing! I prefer them so much more than others I’ve taken in the past with other companies. You really leave feeling confident in your ability to remake your dish over again.
I highly recommend The Good Life chef for both meal prep and cooking classes!
