i saw the reviews and still wanted to give it a shot, the wait was about 15-20 minutes with two cars in front of us, the cashier was overall nice, the food however was disappointing, it wasn’t hot, the burger and chicken sandwich were dry, soda tasted like pure syrup, and fries tasted like grease…
Won't say anything particularly terrible about this location. I've been to a half dozen Vegas locations, and all are not very good food wise. The meat is never hot and juicy, maybe warm, always old and dry.
Cashier had on a head scarf from home...why? No proper etiquette when taking orders. Just rude presentation . Food size and quality is waaaay down and food presentation is not a concern at all...my tiny burger was slathered in mayo... looked overall unappealing.
