So sick of the lack of customer service in Vegas.... I placed an order for the 2 person combo. Went to pick it up, opened the bag and there were no fries just carrots. I showed them the carrots in the bag and they told me I only ordered carrots online. I explained it was an honest mistake and asked if they could switch it for fries. I was told they couldn't swap it out and I had to pay $6 for an order of fries. I went ahead and paid the extra money for fries and left the carrots on their counter. It bothered me because people don't seem to understand the value of good customer service. Had they just replaced the fries I would have left a nice tip and comtinued being a regular customer. Now I will literally drive further away to another wingstop before I spend my money with them. I will mention that we typically order large family meals a couple times a month, I also order for our monthly luncheon at work and order wings for the women's group I am a part of. So you literally lost a customer who spends money with you regularly over an order of fries. Also, to add insult to injury my son works for another location and has told me how much food is thrown out and wasted on a regular basis. Then I paid $6 for a large frie only to get home and see they gave me a regular size, lol... I'm done with this location! $36 wasted.

I went to this location and my order was not correct! I gave a 5 star because the staff was very plesant and corrected their mistake without hesitation. Line staff and manager was apologetic. When I received my order the 2nd time it was 100% on point. Their leadership is great, customer service is on point and the restaurant was very clean, front to back.

Im so thankful for Alejandra and her Team at this new location. I needed help with my order and understanding the specials and although Alejandra was very busy she took the time to help me place my order and im soooo thankful for her help, the new location, and the food is great...Blessings

I understand Wingstop gets busy, however when I placed an online order, I went in they told me it would be 5 minutes. I waited an extra 25 minutes sitting on the bench in front of the register before getting up the courage to ask if my order was ready, just to see it was on the rack not long after I got there. Not only that other people that walked in after me and had ordered got their food before me. The food was not hot anymore. Overall some of the workers just need to pay more attention to who walks in considering it was empty or had one customer when I came in. Overall food was good.
