Dennis was a great host. The lunch we had was superb! We did the wine tasting and bought three bottles!! Very nice winery and wines too!
Went to their inaugural wine tasting seminar. It was outstanding!!! Nothing like it anywhere I know of, and I lived in Belgium for a while where wine tasting occurred almost every week. We were challenged like a sommelier, educated on taste, smell, texture, and sight, all the while laughing and having fun. A real sommelier led part of the class sharing a wealth of his knowledge and experience. We walk away armed with an ability to better select wines...and why!
We came in just to check it out. Very glad we did. My wife ordered the Chicken Panini She loved it. The uneaten portion was brought home and I loved it. My meal was the Beet and Citrus salad. I feel it would have been more to my liking if the beets were not the pickled style. Plain beets would have been more to my taste. A tasty meal however.
