My honest review,When we first arrived we were welcomed warmly, shown our spot, and they even helped back us in. The sites are well taken care of although some can be tight and oddly landscaped depending on your rig and slides. Our family spent a lot of time at the pool. I will stay here someday. Retirement is 4 yrs away. Beautiful park. Quiet. I know I will be Happy here. BonnieSafety: I felt very safe.Walkability: Lots of trees to walk under. Enjoy an evening stroll.

We stayed here on our way back home from Zion. It's definitely quite since most people actually live here and are retired/elderly. The pool lots are very nice and spacious with a huge patio and tiki bar. The kids enjoyed the pool, it was empty. No one seems to use it. the adults enjoyed the steam room and dry sauna when they were working, they were often broken or not working properly.
