She was so kind and went the extra 100 miles to give us the kind of service that we certainly didn’t expect at Subway 🥹❤️“

Not to mention that the Manager, Darlene, really cares about each and every customer. She knows each regular by name, their orders and truly wants to know how they're doing! Who could ask for more?! Plus, whoever decorates the place does a FANTASTIC job! lol“

When I explained I'm allergic to bell peppers, the gentlemen behind the counter quickly lost his gloves, explaining that whilst he hasn't touched any bell peppers, he wanted to be certain and safe for my sake. I was touched at the gesture, even if it is common sense or policy. I still appreciated the gesture... and smile.“

“Went to Jimmy John’s Pahrump today to order dinner for the family. Entered my phone number only to find out I had no points to redeem. This after spending and ordering many sands from several spot including Vegas and Pahrump. Was told I needed to use an app on my phone to get and redeem points. That shouldn’t be. I have enough apps on my phones and to enjoy rewards should not be forced to use an app when you can enter a phone on their kiosk. My favorite sandwich and because of this incident, I will most likely never buy Jimmy John’s again. Can’t believe those points never got posted. Didn’t start buying because of points but since it was taken away…..“
