“Great welcoming staff, excellent service and food. Reasonable prices, quality, freshly sliced foods and bread baked every morning. Awesome catering options, loyalty cards/discounts and coupons! Not to mention that the Manager, Darlene, really cares about each and every customer. She knows each regular by name, their orders and truly wants to know how they're doing! Who could ask for more?! Plus, whoever decorates the place does a FANTASTIC job! lol“

“It's 6pm on Monday June 30th came in to get dinner with the wife an the two lady's behind the counter were rude an inconsiderate, the one making our food, could care less on how I was explaining to her on how to make my sub, an was not polite, the other her coworker was trying to get her attention so I was polite enough to inform her something an the look she gave me was why the f you talking to me those two completely rude an unprofessional“
“Went to Jimmy John’s Pahrump today to order dinner for the family. Entered my phone number only to find out I had no points to redeem. This after spending and ordering many sands from several spot including Vegas and Pahrump. Was told I needed to use an app on my phone to get and redeem points. That shouldn’t be. I have enough apps on my phones and to enjoy rewards should not be forced to use an app when you can enter a phone on their kiosk. My favorite sandwich and because of this incident, I will most likely never buy Jimmy John’s again. Can’t believe those points never got posted. Didn’t start buying because of points but since it was taken away…..“

Carrie not only made our sandwiches with care, but she gave us guidance on where to stop on our way to Death Valley National Park. She was so kind and went the extra 100 miles to give us the kind of service that we certainly didn’t expect at Subway 🥹❤️“
