Enjoyed a night cap here at the 1864 Tavern with my husband a few weeks ago and we very much enjoyed the ambiance and drinks. He had a top shelf whiskey, neat and I enjoyed a signature gin beverage, the Desert Rose. The decor was authentic and well used. Service was welcoming and friendly. I forgot how great this cocktail bar was!! Came in on a Friday night and the place was vibrant with life! Their cocktails were absolutely stellar as well - love when bars incorporate egg whites into frothy goodness. Prices were on par with all of midtown. And their decor is super eclectic - almost historic meets modern western? Super cool spot for sure.

Whatever you do, have the wonderful bartenders (Amy and Taylor) make you a HOT BUTTERED RUM! Especially during this cold season, it is the best drink I have come across in a long time! Absolutely delicious, the team is so nice and attentive! No matter what day of the week you go, you will have a great time! The ambiance makes it very unique as well, and a great place to take friends and family.

Stopped in for a drink with some friends on a Saturday night. The place was quite crowded but my party of four was able to find a couch to fit us. The bartenders were kind and quickly offered menus. I had the VC mule which was delish. Friendly staff and chill vibes!

The drinks are meticulously crafted, featuring an array of fancy cocktails that tantalize the taste buds and have fun names in honor of the 36th state in the Union. The attentive staff adds to the experience, providing top-notch service and it's even dog friendly which really puts it at the top of my list. The beer inventory is mostly local and they have a rotating wine selection, on tap as well! 1864 is an ideal spot for those seeking a refined setting to unwind and savor exquisite beverages in style as well as a rad place to take out of towners/non-Nevadans.

The atmosphere with chandeliers, small tables for romantic talks, or the comfy couch settings for larger groups is amazing. I had the Lavender Lemon Drop, which I highly recommend. It was delicious! The drinks we got had tiny, real dried roses, which added such a great touch! I was so impressed with the Tavern!
