Watched the staff handle an awkward situation today just before Mount Rose had their walk to school event. As I was having breakfast, a little girl, her even smaller brother and their grandfather received their order, a plain sandwich cheese roll of some kind. The gentleman was primarily non English speaking and granddaughter acted as interpreter. Forgive me if I am assuming too much. Always busy and not the fastest option. Decent drip coffee (if it's not empty), great bagels.
