Our experience was a nice surprise, upon entering this establishment we ran into patrons just leaving and highly recommended the ox tail pho. Which sounded good. We entered and greeted with a friendly welcome and seated within 5 minutes, this being a Friday night. Ordered couple of appetizers and entrees, ox tail pho and beef flank pho. A good choice for both...overall enjoyed the food, but something about the servers wearing gloves. Being in the hospitality industry for years...
If I could give this place 1000 stars, I would. I’v been a loyal customer since my 8 year old son was born. My 11 year old daughter never complains about family dinner at pho 999. This is the best restaurant in Reno, a must. The service is incredible and make us feel like family. All the food is extremely fresh, and the taste takes your to Vietnam on a ride through your tastebuds. This is my absolute favorite restraint in the northern Nevada area!!! 🍜🍲😍😊
