everything is absolutely amazing the ribeyes melt in your mouth, the tritips are perfectly marinated and the jalapino jack sausages are awesome if you like some spice. I can't find fish as fresh anywhere, nothings bad.

Best place to get your steaks, meats, special cuts (elk, bison, lamb), etc. Aged, wagyu, and more. 100% go to for my newyork and ribeyes for wagyu. They usually have grade 4 and 5 in and are very well priced. I love their ribeyes with scores of 8-10. They don't say their beef is a higher rating than it actually is. Thr marbeling is fantastic. They are on the otherside of town for me but definitely worth the drive. Most places don't consistently carry these high quality of steaks.

Best Burgers ? ?!!! Best quality meat, you have three choices (beef, bison and elk). Perfectly cooked and each burger is paired with delicious toppings. Fries are also amazing! We are sooooo excited this butcher shop also cooks what it sells. Beautifully done ?

Stellar customer service and fair prices. The young man with the longish blonde hair is an employee everyone wishes they had representing their business. Love that they cut bones any way you'd like!

We bought a couple of Tomahawk steaks for Father's Day tomorrow. Excellent service, friendly people and some of the best steaks in town to bbq.

Best burger in town! Fresh, juicy, high quality ingredients. Burgers come with choose of brioche bun, pretzel roll or bun less, and can choose the meat: house ground, bison or elk. They also have sausages, chili, fries, and rotating specials — in addition to a full meat shop with seafood options. Also a great spot for buying a culinary / bbq gift with spices, cook books, cutting boards, etc. Will be back!

Located inside an urban, upscale, hipster food court, this butcher shop has the novel idea of also having a grill.

I had the Classic burger on a brioche bun with a Mexican Coke. I'm pretty sure it does not get any better than this.

Now I need to come back and try the Con Brio burger everyone is talking about.

Great place and a great burger counter. We stopped on a weekend trip and would go back again. Great selection of meats, friendly staff and the burger counter was great. Super fresh and high quality.

Hard to find first time (sorry Google maps!) But worth the try. Buffulo sausage and elk black and bleu burger. Too many fries (said us for the first time!) Also bought bison ribeye and special game spices. Found out they also have fresh swordfish! We will be back!!

Elk burger was fantastic and cooked to perfection. Ordered it medium rare, but it wasn’t pink…might just be how elk cooks, but it was juicy with good texture. Would definitely come back again! Great service at the burger bar too!

Easily the best burger I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot of burgers. I plan to come every week and eat my way down the menu. Absolutely delicious. I had the Con Brio, that bacon jam was *unreal.* If you’re in Reno, this is a must. And the shop itself is beautiful.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!! Amazing! Nothing short of fabulous!!!! We have picked up items in the past and all have been outstanding. At Valentines they offered a "Special" and I thought, "What the heck" and I got 2 filet mignons, 2 lobster Tails, 2 twice baked potatoes. I don't even like Lobster tails. Why? Bc they've ALWAYS been tough, chewy and have no flavor - that's been my experience in the past.... I could never understand what the draw was for them. I guess it's bc I never had a Good Lobster Tail. I cooked my LT from Armando's and OMG I had NO idea how incredible a LT could be! Apparently I've never had a good one before! Armando's Lobster Tails were sweet, juicy, tender, succulent and exquisite. I could have eaten 10 of them bc they were so sensational. The Filet's were out of this world too and the twice baked taters were the best I've had! Everything at this shop is stupendous including the location, staff, prices (are fair) and the quality is off the chains! I can HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!

This was hands down the best burger I’ve had in my life. The meat, the bacon jam, the bun. My mouth is watering just thinking about it again. The fries were absolute perfection. And the gentleman working the burger bar was super helpful! We’ll definitely be back again and again!
