Several experiences here. The ice cream is tasty, but the environment isn't.The other day I came here at Googles opening time and not a soul stepped by the store to open. I waited thirty minutes and still nothing so I left.My other experience here was in the summer. I came for the summer special ice cream and it wasn't available sadly. One of the freezers were broken, so I unfortunately could not get the flavor I showed up for. After purchasing my item the employee decided to strike up a conversation as I was leaving. It was weird. Couldn't they have had a conversation BEFORE I purchased? Or during paying?It was after I fully paid and my hands were full did the young teenage boy go, "So how was your day?" It was awkward as I was in a hurry and I was already stepping out to leave

Went in to order a shake. The young lady told me there was a mess on the floor she hasn't cleaned up yet and would not be making shakes since she has on white shoes.Horrible customer service!!!!

One of their freezers has been broken for months and instead of keeping the flavors from that freezer in another, or the back, or rotating them with the others, they just claim "We are out". Fix the freezer and give me options for the flavors I actually want.Poor management and planning.

Baskin Robbins, ahhh so many childhood memories. I love their flavor offerings, and I usually get pretty good service at this location. Always a go-to for the birthday boy or girl who requests an ice cream cake!

Baskin Robbins on Plumb LaneHorrible staff, customer service. Rude An entire freezer for ice cream was broken so they didnt have a lot of flavors available I get that was not their fault. BUTThe young male that helped us, I asked for a single scoop on a regular cone. He told me he didnt know what a regular cone was, i told him and he was so rude and said " this is what we got , you want it or not"I then asked for the scoop in a bowel, no napkins or spoon. When I asked for napkins and a spoon, he walked away and told the other gal " you can get her a spoon"He finally came back since no one helped me and gave me a spoon and told me they didnt have napkins. My spouses ice cream was fine , we sat down and not only were we watching this crew interact, we watched 2 couples walk in attempt to order & walked out complaining of the staff as they walked outIt was dirty, tables garbage all over, floors sticky. Never will return.... BUT see my reviewOn another location that was AMAZING!!!

I am giving a 1 star based on the absolute lack of respect, manners, and overall customer service I received not even as a customer myself, but as a customer by proxy since I was DoorDashing and picking up on behalf of another actual customer. I am a local and have lived in Reno for many many years now and I have to say even before DoorDashing I only ever came to this location on one other occasion and it was also likewise unpleasant. My advice to anyone wanting to patron this establishment is good luck, they tend to hire very unprofessional staff members with bad attitudes and more likely than not you will also experience this same bad experience until they can hire positive “people person” personnel. Specifically, today on 6/25/23 at around 2-3pm whoever the girl working the Sunday shift was, was absolutely mean, irritated, and very hesitant to assist with filling orders. (I understand that she may have been overwhelmed and understaffed but even still, no need to take it out on customers.) She immediately came at me with a horrible attitude despite me being respectful and patient with her. Anyway, perhaps others might have a much better experience, as I know it depends on the staff member helping you at the time…I neglected to ask for this scoopers’ name since I was working with a delivery timeframe and needed to quickly get going to deliver the item to the DoorDash customer or else I would have lingered longer to ask who she was so that I could report this negative experience to her superior. (I also don’t believe she would have even given it to me honestly and it most likely would have resulted in confrontation). (Also, I didn’t pay close enough attention to whether or not she was wearing a name tag). However, after further contemplation I thought that it might be more impactful if I just post a review since it is a publicly accountable way of reporting my experience for others to see with the hope this doesn’t continue to happen to any one else like it did to me.

The young lady employee was super sweet and super good at what she does. A family of 5 caused the line to get long and she cleared it out quickly and gave great service while doing it. She is a great worker.

when ordering my son's cake, they were so sweet, kind, courteous and even called me after I ordered it to ask if I wanted to add anything to it to make it extra special!!! simply amazing!!! and this is the 1 location I will be ordering from now on!!! thank you employees at the Plumb Lane location!!!!! this cake will be such an amazing special surprise for my kiddo!!! the employees deserve great recognition!
