when ordering my son's cake, they were so sweet, kind, courteous and even called me after I ordered it to ask if I wanted to add anything to it to make it extra special!!! simply amazing!!! and this is the 1 location I will be ordering from now on!!! thank you employees at the Plumb Lane location!!!!! this cake will be such an amazing special surprise for my kiddo!!! the employees deserve great recognition!

I keep coming to Baskin Robins mostly because of memories. The crew here seem to try hard, but it doesn't appear they have much leadership.
