when ordering my son's cake, they were so sweet, kind, courteous and even called me after I ordered it to ask if I wanted to add anything to it to make it extra special!!! simply amazing!!! and this is the 1 location I will be ordering from now on!!! thank you employees at the Plumb Lane location!!!!! this cake will be such an amazing special surprise for my kiddo!!! the employees deserve great recognition!
Great service, great ice cream! I see a lot of people complaining about sundaes, sundaes are made with 2.5 ounce scoops, not the regular 4 ounce. It is the recipe, you aren't getting scammed, if they gave you bigger scoops once, it was an accident. It says it on the menu board sundaes come with 2.5 ounce scoops
The ice cream was very good, but the cleanliness was terrible—all the tables and the floor were filthy; it was disgusting. 🤢
