I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in over 10 years so o decided to come to one after lunch to see what it was like.This location was a bit dirty with the floors looking like they haven't been swept all day, however all the chairs and tables were nice and clean!I got a 3 scoop sundae with Bubblegum, Cotton Candy, and Sherbert Icecream (yes I'm weird haha!) and it was delicious! Not to mention how insanely low the prices were! I was shocked at how nice and cheap all of the deserts were, and yet they were so tasty!This was a very pleasant surprise and I will definitely be coming back for more delicious ice cream someday!

Took 45 minutes to take care of three customers. There were other people in the back but were chatting and not helpful..4 more families came in and we left after almost an hr and two more people ahead of us. If you schedule staff make sure they actually work and help out rather than leave the new person alone who takes 25 minutes to figure our what goes into a shake.

I cannot believe the experience I've had at this baskin robbins. I wanted a cake made for my best friend's birthday so I went to this location to get a custom cake. The staff was extremely rude and didn't listen to what I wanted. I made it very clear what I wanted, I had pictures, videos, and lots of details. $60 and 2 weeks later I was more than disappointed. They did not do a single thing I asked for, I'm surprised they got the flavor of the cake correct. I wrote down word for word what I wanted on the cake and not only was it only half there, they spelled my friend's name wrong! Very disappointed with the staff here.

This place is terrible. Awful staff and management. When I went 25 minutes to their closing time they only had like 6 flavors out and when I asked for a specific flavor they said it was in the freezer already and when I asked if they could grab it they refused. They were eating behind the counter which is a safety violation. They were very rude and lazy. My overall experience was terrible and I ended up leaving without the ice cream I was looking forward to when I reached out to management about this issue I got an email saying "sorry" from their manager Kiran. Is this how you run your business and think it's ok?? Embarrassing. I hope they actually reevaluate their staff and customer service.

31 flavors, I didn't count but there is so much to choose from it's difficult to pick just two let alone one. Cones, bowls, splits, cakes, pints everything you need for ice cream. This location is off of McCarran and in the Winco shopping center. I enjoy this location, the serving team is very helpful.
