I haven't been to a Baskin Robbins in over 10 years so o decided to come to one after lunch to see what it was like.This location was a bit dirty with the floors looking like they haven't been swept all day, however all the chairs and tables were nice and clean!I got a 3 scoop sundae with Bubblegum, Cotton Candy, and Sherbert Icecream (yes I'm weird haha!) and it was delicious! 31 flavors, I didn't count but there is so much to choose from it's difficult to pick just two let alone one. Cones, bowls, splits, cakes, pints everything you need for ice cream. This location is off of McCarran and in the Winco shopping center. I enjoy this location, the serving team is very helpful.

I looooooce ice cream & baskin robins. The ice cream is always so good but the costumer service from these children is horrible. You walk in & not one “welcome” or “hello” just stares like”ugh another customer”. My boyfriend started ordering his sundae & the girl goes “do u want whipped cream or no?” Like what kind of customer service is that? these high schoolers need to learn some manners.
