Used to go here for lunch with my friend, last two times they forgot to put cheese on my cheese burger. The second time I sent it back they slapped a cold piece of cheese on it and sent it out, which was bad. A lack of care. If you can't remember to put cheese on a cheese burger it's time to review your kitchen staff. Theres a lot of other places in Reno that can make basic bar level food. Neither one of us will return and I don't think they care.

I ordered the coconut shrimp which we meh at best. That’s probably more in me, as it’s a sports bar, not a seafood restaurant. HOWEVER:…The wings were meaty without being tough. The sauces had quite the variety. Mia, my server, deserves a raise!! She was working tables alone, not to a big crowd. However she was bubbly, excited, really positive, and tentative to my needs. I would go for the food and stay for Mia’s charm and personality!! 👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

Have come here quite a few times and they never disappoint. The staff is amazing, very friendly and make sure you're taken care of. The food was really good! Love their boneless and bone-in wings and they have great flavors. The rest of the menu i haven't tried but it sounds delicious. Highly recommend if you're in the area

We used to love coming to this location but the service here has been terrible lately! Came in last night for dinner but the server with the glasses and bangs, heavier set was not nice at all. Got pissed when we asked for sauce and stated “you already have some.” Probably not the job for her. Will be going to a different location next time!

My husband and I decided to go to this particular Bullys for date night. We have been to several other Bullys in the Reno area and have always enjoyed the atmosphere and great service. However, the bartender/food server at this particular place treated us both very poorly. We had sat down and asked for two drinks to start, and menus to look at. After a half hour went by, he came and grabbed our menus without asking what we would like to order for dinner. He had a terrible attitude. I thought maybe he was just busy serving other people but he did not return to our table again at all. He disappeared altogether.It was a very disappointing experience. He had long blonde dreadlocks hair and his name was Mike. We got up and left. Unfortunately, we will not be returning to this Bullys on Robb Drive again. It was a very disturbing experience. 😕

Extensive menu with many types of delicious foods. There's something for everyone. The staff is very attentive and friendly.
Stormy was our waitress and she was ok sort of but the bigger Asian waitress was literally making fun up people at my table and we could hear her. Kind of rude and sad that a waiter would act that way

Been coming here for years and I must say it is going the wrong way. Came in to watch an nfl game and told they don’t get that channel. Not the first time this has happened. If you are a “sports “ bar getting all the Major sports should be a priority and not to be playing year old reruns of volleyball in 20 tvs. I love this place but the new owners are dropping the ball.
