Update: I switched the stars from 1 to 4 due to two recent visits. Staff is much better and the food was good. As I told the lady who reached out to me from what I'm assuming was cooperate, the speaker at the drivr-thru desperately needs to be replaced, but that's not the fault of the staff there.
I just wanted to say I appreciate a constant BK for delivering a photo worthy burger, with taste to match and fresh hot fries. There are a few others around town that fail in comparison, BK on Kietzke. Thank you to the friendly lady at the drive through and the person preparing the food. Attention to detail and a little effort can take a person many place. Thank you.
