Sierra street Reno, Nevada location.
Ordered two sandwhiches online, was charged 39.24. The internet says there was a problem charging my card, so I did it again. Now I have been charged another 39 bucks. The internet says the same thing. I continue to phone the store for exactly 30 minutes nobody ever answers the phone. I then drive there and show the manager and she tells me sorry the charges should fall off, I tell her I'm hungry I have no more money for lunch,...read full review
I had ordered online and cannot get throu to cancel, had to call another location to put in an order..calling and calling and nothing..I still try and nothing....
I’m a fairly big guy and could only eat a quarter of the sandwich so I took the rest home for dinner!
