I love their Western Bacon Barbecue Double Cheeseburgers. It is my favorite Cheeseburger of any restaurant. The staff at this location was very courteous and the food was as good as it gets. I will go out of my way to eat here when I can.
On Silverado Blvd. in Reno, Carl's offers amazing burgers and a Santa Fe chicken sandwich that's unbeatable AND they put in on sourdough bread for us. We travel all the way from Reno's North Valleys to pick up their food. Really, really wish they would put one out here as our population has skyrocketed! Carl's prices are fair and a great value for what they offer! 👍💯😋
With the exception of one employee (I am sorry I do not have her name but I always thank her for exceptional service and getting my order right) the others seem pretty nonchalant on getting orders right. With the exception of the barbecue chicken sandwich and zucchini the other sandwiches are very dry. Not like they were when employees cared about their jobs and not just the paycheck they receive ?.
