If customer service matters to you, I would HIGHLY recommend passing up this location and going to the one in South Reno instead. It's been about 6 years since I've gone to this NW Reno location and a lot has changed. The person that took my order yesterday was quite the Debbie Downer and found it nearly impossible to answer simple questions about the items on the menu. Went back to the drive thru and the dude Roberto has manners, and great service.
While staying in the Reno area for the last month, I've visited 3 of the stores in my vicinity,North. This store would have to be my go to location. I usually get my breakfast fix, and the food is fresh and the iced coffee is spot on for flavor and color.
