My food was cold.but the guy at the drive through was super cool, he apologized ( although not his fault ). I appreciated that he issued me with a full refund.

I used to eat carls jr all the time. I haven't had it in a while cuz their standards started to drop. My wife and I decided to try it again. The standards were even lower than before. I don't know what has happened to this fast food chain. (Not just this store we tried another in reno) It's a shame this company spends so much money on advertising on food that looks good on TV and you get it home and some of it isn't even edible. We won't be going back soon.

I wrote a review about this restaurant about 7 months ago and it was not good and I have not been back since tonight, 12/11/2023., and things have not changed. I got an email that I could get a free Western Bacon cheeseburger if I spent a buck so I figured what the hell.. The lady in the drive thru was nice but my food was absolutely disgusting!! Both burgers were cold and the Western Bacon cheeseburger didn't have the onion rings on it. I went large because hey, free burger. My large fry container was half full at best. I do not like coke product and suffice it to say, the Coke was the best part of the meal.. It's a shame that we can't get good food from Carl's Jr. anymore, which I once considered the best tasting burger joint.. I'll stick to In n Out for now on. The line is 30 deep but the food is worth it. Learn a lesson Carl's, I can honestly say I won't be back. Hopefully I'm not on the toilet all night.. Any good reviews written on here are by employees or management because there's no way anybody has a good dining experience here!!!.

I had lunch there today the place was dirty I was sticking to the floor plus the manager was yelling at his employee while the customer could hear him the employees were very nice and friendly I just don't think much about the food my burger was cold and fries were cold I ask for new fries never got them paid $27 for cold food and a manager that would not give my money back after I told I ordered a double cheeseburger plus jalapeños he said I got a medium that was $6 but he charged $15 just for that burger that Said on the board that it was $11 for the meal for one patty I wouldn't give give a star if the employees weren't a so nice and try to help So would say the manager is the worst manager I meant

Drive through is dark and scary, no lighting at all. Sat in the drive through for 10 minutes for $11.00 chicken stars.
I asked for well-done hash browns, but they gave me chips. Clearly, I can tell it was refried. I was dissatisfied and disappointed. Do better.

So I went to Carls and wanted the new char sandwich, no chilis apparently, I also asked if I could have chicken instead of beef (no substitutions I was told) I mentioned that The king , the colonel and the clown do substitutions, but nope, so I ask for a famous star and substitute with beyond meat, they say yes, I think that’s a substitution but whatever, so I’m literally the only customer, 15 minutes at the drive through and they come to the window and ask me if both patties are supposed to be beyond meat?….what the … So after spending 30+ dollars I could whatever they “cooked” was basically not cooked and disgusting, if you are in the fast food market and it takes 15 confused minutes to make something that I wouldn’t feed to anyone I’m rethinking CARLS as a food option because it’s not food ….
They never have anything that they clearly fucking advertise . And the girl at the window is rude as hell sounding so fed up and annoyed that people come to order here . I'm tired of this location and they should honestly think of shutting down or just firing everyone currently working . fucking joke

Hit the drive thru for a snack of onion rings. Got up to the window and as appalled. The person working like like they had just gotten out of bed, threw on some dirty sweats and a sweatshirt. Forgot to brush their hair etc. I paid and the longer I waited, the more appalled I got. I ended up leaving and not even waiting for my food. What happened to caring even a little bit about cleanliness and looking decent for your job. Why don't they have uniforms of any kind? This person also kept checking its phone nonstop. These people think they're worth $15-$20??! I can't wait for this garbage places to start closing because people are fed up with expensive gross food served by people who probably didn't even shower before work.
