I have been to NTI for a few cooking classes now, so I figure it is time I post a review. Tonight, hubby and I took the Date Night -Grilling class. We made a Grilled Vegetable Salad, Pork Tenderloin wrapped in Prosciutto, Mediterranean Cod, and for dessert, a Berry Biscotti Crisp. I enjoy cooking, but I am not very comfortable around a grill. It's a great place for culinary tools and lunch! Plus they have cooking classes and some fun get togethers for couples or girls nights out. And cooking classes! And if you drop off your knives on Saturday afternoon they can be sharpened and picked up on Monday! Give it a try!
