Dutch Bros Coffee is a popular spot with friendly staff and a must-try Rebel drink. Customers often praise the consistency of the product, noting that each visit tastes the same and is enjoyable. The staff is friendly and helpful, making first-time visitors feel comfortable. Many customers wish there was a location closer to home, as the prices are more affordable and there are more options and varieties compared to other coffee sellers. The drive-through can be busy, and the small size of the drive-through sometimes makes it hard to get in, but the service and drinks still make it worth visiting. Customers also recommend trying the Pup Cup for furry friends on their birthdays for a free drink. Despite some past order mix-ups, the staff remains knowledgeable and accommodating, ensuring each visit is a pleasant experience. The location may have some issues with parking and drive-through access, but the overall experience remains positive.
