We went on a day where there was only one other family there and there were not a lot of workers to help check us in, and help us get our toys. I am hoping they are staffed better for spring break and summer break considering the great prices they have right now.

Shout out to Christina for making my Daughters birthday party happen at Chuck E Cheese! Thank you to our host. I apologize, but I can't recall your name. You are awesome, too! The pizza are still good and they give you a good portion of food no matter what you order. They include the kids in dancing games with Chuck E. And give a shout out to the birthday kid. They do a good job at the young ones having the same stamp as the parents in order to leave. Very fun games for all ages to enjoy. Can't wait to go back again!

They make you buy socks to go into the jumper everytime. They should have an option for just the wrist band and no socks. I don't think charging 12.00 for socks everytime is good business.

Its been over an hour and a simple order of Regular chicken wings is still not ready, i am standing in front of Pick up Window for 30 minutes and workers are ignoring me purposely. Worst customer service ever

Not like the Chuck E. Cheese was when my kids were young. Late 80's early 90's. Didn't have the stage just a large screen. The staff weren't very good at explaining how you paid and how you were credited with tickets or points. They seemed to be surprised that we were asking. Some of the games you couldn't tell if you were getting credit or not. All in all it was a big disappointment for me. As for my 3 year old great granddaughter she thought it was a great adventure.
