Only giving a second star because the cookies were decent. Got an ice cream sandwich that had a literal quarter of an inch layer of freeze burnt icecream. Attached is a photo of what I recieved (took the top cookie off) within 2 minutes of it being handed to me. Second photo is what they have on their website. Disappointment was an understatement. Probably won't go back again. Not worth the $15 I paid for it (including tip).

If I could give them more stars I would! My daughter started her day by oversleeping and being late for work, thus sending her into a serious meltdown, so I wanted to have something delivered to her at work to brighten her day. I accidentally found Cookie Plug online and it couldn't have been a more fantastic experience. After I placed my order, I was quickly contacted by sweet Savannah who informed me that two of the flavors were not available and wanted to know what I'd like to replace them with. She further went on to explain that the "dasher" was too impatient to wait for her to get ahold of me and left without my order. Well, I didn't order through Door Dash, so I had no way of contacting them to go back and pick up my order. During my conversation with Savannah, I got another call, and it was Dustin, the owner of Cookie Plug, who was also calling to ask me about substituting my cookie flavors, not knowing I was already talking to Savannah. I explained the whole delivery dilemma and how I wasn't able to pick them up because I was at work, and he offered to get the cookies (he was not at the store) and deliver them himself!! AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE! Dustin was so personable, so accommodating, and I just can't tell you how happy I am to meet someone who puts customer service first! My daughter got her cookies, and they were perfect! Absolutely delicious she said!! And put a huge smile on her face!! Thank you, Cookie Plug! Sadly, your location is not very close to home (Spanish Springs) but I will be visiting you again very soon!! xoxo

Definitely would not bring your children here. $5 cookies that are hard and named after drugs. A 4 pack is a dub sack (weed reference). 12 pack is a bump sac(cocaine reference). Unless you want your kids asking what XTC, purple haze, purple drank is I wouldn't recommend bringing them here.
Update. Dropping to 1 star for the owners lie and inability to own up to the reality they created. You're a joke.
Yeah. Cookies used to be good when they first opened. Now you can tell they don't care anymore after getting people hyped. They're hard as a rock and are sunken in the middle. When they first opened the cookies were not sunken in. Don't let them lie to you and say that's how they're supposed to be. If Crumbl wasn't so far away from us we'd go there. Probably done with this place
