I walked into the lake Havasu location and asked to get a juice. The lady said they don’t make juice as she is standing in front of a beautiful clean juicer. I asked about the name and she said that was just the name. I see now on the website that they do make juice? I am so confused.
I engaged this store on Facebook over the price of money they charged for a dirty try of almost $12 and the owner went into a rent on how it was worth all $12 and when I simply said they had about two dollars in a cup and ingredients but charged me 12 they got mad and deleted my comment, so now I left a review
So unfortunate that the one time I try to support an old friends business, and I get some of the worst, most inconsiderate customer service. Not only did she mess up, she then took the messed up drink out of my sons hands and continued to repose the drink into a smaller kids size. All the while messing up my drink size as well. Based on the reviews, Keva Juice Reno is a fast, easy, and convenient location with friendly staff. Fresh ingredients make for a very tasty mid week treat. A first-time visitor had a wonderful experience with very friendly staff and a lovely recommendation. The staff are always smiling and bring good vibes, with recommendations that are always bangers. One staff member made a first probiotic blend smoothie that was delicious, while another was very educational and friendly explaining the new menu. A good smoothie is always a good pick me up, but a sweet and bright attitude absolutely makes the day. Nothing makes a business better than having great staff.
