I have loved DeliTown for as long as I’ve been in Reno but they need to adjust to the online order system or hire backend help because waiting for over 30 minutes well past the lunch rush for a medium sandwich is ridiculous. I asked twice for a small time update and received no response. I finally had to get a refund because I ordered at 3pm, left at 3:35 with no sandwich in my hands and had an appointment to head to.

The product is the best in town. But those traveling specifically into the station to be served and to eat on the patio or at a table are the last consumers being taken care of. And that is disappointing.

This deli is inside the Chevron gas station so not much atmosphere. The sandwiches were fresh and tasty. Service was a bit confusing with wait times.

The sandwiches are delicious. I really enjoy them, but the staff there is extremely rude and short for everything. I’ve gone there even when there’s no one else there and they’re still extremely rude so it’s not like they were rude because they were extremely busy. No matter what time of the day no matter what day of the week and every time I go there Extremely cold and short.
I try not to deal with them, but when I do, I’m always very polite and always thank them tons, but it never changes their demeanor.

Love this place. Great sandwiches and shop. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is the online ordering experience with Toast is horrible, often doesn’t work or gives a “we can’t place your order right now, contact the store” and then that’s paired with 20-30 minute wait times for sandwiches. Other than that, this place rocks and is one of the best sandwiches in town.

I love their sandwiches! However, online ordering is an issue. My order confirmation says ready by a certain time (usually an hour to an hour and a half out) and when I get there at the time it says I have to wait another 20-30 minutes because my sandwich isn't ready. This has happened twice in the last month. I just don't have the time to be waiting like this, it's poor customer service and I can get a sandwich somewhere else where they make it in front of me and I'm in and out in ten minutes or less. I think they should consider fixing this issue because it has to be costing them business. Someone else asked for a refund while I was there because they didn't want to wait an hour for their sandwich and I can't blame them, I was considering doing the same. Time is valuable.

Super great sandwiches but the wait times are literally ridiculous and completely unacceptable in my opinion. 60 minutes for two cold sandwhiches? How is that ok? Plus the prices are outrageous! A medium starts at $16 with no drinks or chips.... And thats if you don't add anything "extra". $40 for two sandwhiches and no drinks or chips? Plus the hour wait? Make it make sense... I'm not sure what this business needs to do to lower wait times, maybe open another location? But it just feels plain disrespectful to charge these prices and have us wait an HOUR minimum! With those prices, and amount of business, having another location should be feasible.

Additionally it would appear they simply do not have enough staff... The only way to place an order is online or on the kiosk, no one is able to man the register and take orders? And if the kiosk doesn't work, the gas station Attendant is the one to help you? So one of two things are happening here: wages are too low so no one wants to work, or the business is simply too cheap to hire the correct amount of staff at the salary they provide. I live across the street and can't say I will be back...

Oh and insult to injury is that my first time here I didn't know it would take an hour to get my food of course, nor should anyone expect that. So I came on my lunch from work, waited and waited and waited, finally flagged someone down only to find out they lost my order? I was super late back to work... Just annoying.

Process is a little confusing for first timers. Pay at the kiosk for the sandwich. Pay at the main cashier for chips/ drinks.

Great food good service, you can order online or at the computer. It's in a gas station sooo atmosphere is that, there is alot of outdoor seating where you can eat and watch people fumble for there credit cards and navigate the talking gas pumps.
