I had been using Dero meal prep from September 2022 through August 2023. Food quality has always been good, and the menu changes made this summer have improved it to great quality. I normally receive a text message when my food is delivered. However, I suspended my account. A few weeks ago I scheduled delivery for not the next week but the week following; they still attempted to deliver my meals on the skipped week when I was out of town, and they did charge me for it. After communicating with the delivery person, Dero agreed to give me a coupon for a free meals/delivery the following week (they did charge me for the driver's tip though). However, that delivery was made to the wrong address, and without the usual text message notice. A neighbor brought it to my house hours after it had been sitting in the 90+ degree sun. I emailed Dero outlining these issues with their website, delivery, and customer service, with no response. I've lost over $100 this month. I love the food, but if I can't eat it, I can't justify continuing with their service.

Man, this food is real good. Haven't had a bad bite. Been ordering for about a month. Great selection, and there's a Rotation so you don't get bored. Low carb options, some keto options. I highly recommend.

LOVE THIS FOOD! I've tried a few food prep companies in the Reno area and this is by far THE BEST! Food is such great quality, menu changes often so you don't get bored. Delicious meals, some very interesting, and great to have all of the nutritional information readily available for me to track my food every day. The must-have's are the thai red shrimp curry and pulled pork mac daddy - I think these are limited time menu items, so if you want to try them order ASAP! Otherwise, my other favorites are the turkey breakfast sausage, protein bundts, and the bolognese. For some reason their zoodles are the best too.They also have excellent customer service and work to the best of their ability to get you your food. :)I really enjoy using this service, and highly recommend it!
