Extremely disappointed with this store. I received a BBQ sauce pizza that had no sauce, not once, but twice! The first time I emailed corporate, I wasn’t too worried about it must have just been a busy day. The second time I call and asked for a new pizza. The sent my a burnt crust and a box full of BBQ sauce about an hour and a half later. When I called and spoke to the manager, Josh, he informed me that he made the pizza! I ordered a pan pizza online at 6:22pm. It did not arrive until after 8 pm and it was burnt to a crisp. I called to talk to the manager and I was on hold for over 10 minutes and all he could offer was another pizza to be sent out in an hour and a half then he told me that he had to go because he was working the oven. I then spoke to his CSR and asked for a refund for the burnt pizza. I have photos of the burnt pizza on my Facebook page. It was awful.
