Dumpling Queen is a neat setup. The food operation is done out of an airstream trailer in an epic outdoor patio area. Despite the small cooking area the food was delivered quick and hot. While the dumplings and buns were delicious I can't shake the feeling the dumplings were a pre-frozen option like Mila. Found this little gem on a random google search from the jimboys drive through line at 9pm on a Wednesday night (tonight) when I was starving and almost everything was just closed. BEST. FIND.These bbq buns are friggin delicious. Noodles on point and really well dressed with the seasoning and sauces. Heard this place was really good. Decided to try it, food is good, service was good, one order before us. Got my order for to my room and only 2 of 3 items were given, should have checked but was so excited to try the food I rushed back to my room. Sad I paid almost $50 for my semi full order.
