I've stayed there several times and I really appreciate the place that offers restaurants, shows, bars, casino, Ford Court and nice people. I was there just last month. Coming soon, going again.Rooms: Large, clean with fridge, coffee maker, TV and nice room.Walkability: Yes, super affordable.Food & drinks: Restaurants with piano sound, snacks, pizzeria sweets, buffet and everything you can imagine of delicious sweets.

My husband got stuck in parking elevator for an hour. The fire department had to get him out. The office too incident report and was supposed to contact him. We have never heard from them. Not even a meal comp. I will not be staying there again.Also the Italian restaurant was over priced and food was terrible. Pasta wasn't even done.Safety: Safety was terrible. Unless u like being stuck in an elevator.Food & drinks: The Italian restaurant in this casino food was not good and way over priced.

My husband and I had the worst experience. We booked a room for our 22 anniversary and picked the spa room because it had a bench. Upon check in, the bench was not there. The front desk said the spa rooms didn't have a bench. A showed them the advertisement for the spa room. They checked another room and gave us the only spa room with the bench that they were advertising. We checked in, then went to eat, but the majority of the restaurants were closed. After getting back to our room, we realized there was no indication that there was any smoking. We called the front desk and he stated both rooms were nonsmoking and there were no smoking rooms available. Jayvee stated he would refund us. After the experience we had, we talked about it and decided check out. We packed up and headed to the front desk where jayvee then decided it stated on their end it was non smoking. I showed him my proof where I booked a smoking room. At this point he was stating he was not going to refund me the over 500 I was charged that he had just previously stated he would. He gave me a business card and said to call Caleb Dixon in which he never returned my call and after emailing him, he stated that was smoking was a preference and not promised. No concern to keep guest returning at all. Atlantis is by far superior to this casino and I'm extremely sad we ruined our anniversary night by choosing to go somewhere we hadn't been before. Terrible experience and will we continue to tell people how their management handles issues and treats guest.
