So let me start with that I've been to Hells Kitchen in Tahoe multiple times. My experience there, 10/10 every time. Magical. I chose to go to Ramseys Kitchen because of my previous experiences. I rave about the Wellington to people. I describe the Wellington as when the critic on the Disney movie Ratatouille, eats the first bite and he's brought back to his childhood and it's the best thing he's ever eaten. That's the Wellington for me. However, this time, mediocre at best. The meat was tough, had to really work to cut it. Typically, it cuts like butter, no knife needed. The Cesar- bland. The sliders- the patties tasted like they came from a frozen box. Service was quick, but under experienced for something I would expect from a Ramsey kitchen. My aunt was with us, she has limited options on what she can eat due to medical issues. Asked to try a dressing to see if she could eat it, was told the kitchen was too backed up to do so- which the restaurant was at 60-70% capacity, at that. Overall, disappointed. Was it just this restaurant or has the same thing happened to Hells Kitchen? Will not be back, at least for a long while.
The service was real friendly and the food really tasted good and I really like the scallops and also liked the dessert
I've eaten at Ramsay restaraunts in Vegas so I was expecting a great meal. Instead we got a casino meal. Made a mistake paying extra to sit by the kitchen as our backs were to it the whole time. The kitchen was quiet because they are not even talking to each other which was strange. The food was super salty and the Wellington was tough. I had to saw through it and didn't even finish it. The Cesar salad had zero flavor. It's almost like this place is just an after thought and riding on the name here. I would give it zero stars but the wait staff really tried. Our young waiter brought out our plates and mixed them up. So while he was explaining the food I switched the plates and you would have thought he committed a crime he was so upset as was the other waiter that brought another dish. We were not upset by that, but they were. It was our anniversary and they all came by to wish us a happy anniversary and the sticky toffee pudding was amazing. But if you want a good meal, go to the Steak House in Western Village. WAY better food.
Don't pay the extra money to be by the kitchen. You are placed facing away from the kitchen and yet have all the noise. Food was extremely salty.
The waiter was top notch and made the experience memorable!! However, the food was lacking!! The best part of the meal was the Parker rolls! The wings were very dry and the the beef Wellington was very tough!! We spent five days in Reno and this dinner was our least favorite!!
Service was very good, but the food wasn't good, I ordered the scallops and sauce was too salty, my son order the truffle ravioli and had no taste the only decent plate was the chicken. Too pricey for the quality of food
The fish and chips here are excellent, probably the best you will ever have. These are thick pieces of top quality cod fried perfectly. There are several sauces to choose from. I had the regular tartar sauce (of course) and a curry sauce for both my fries and the fish. The next time I'll choose to have both tartar sauce.
Btw, it's a substantial meal and you may have trouble finishing it.

Had lunch here while visiting friends in Reno. The fish was good and generous portions. I couldn’t eat all 3 fish pieces. The fries were okay. My husband got dirty fries that he liked but I didn’t care for. It’s located at The Row so very pricey for lunch.

First visit for dinner, and it was not worth the value. I ordered the chicken combo with dirty fries . The sauce and ingredients over the fries caused them to be soggy and cold right away. The chicken was not my taste as it's fried in a different type of batter I just don't care for. It came with 3 large pieces. It was a bit on the tasteless unseasoned side. I had the fries remade to fresh regular fries that were nice crispy and hot. I ate half of 1 piece of chicken and was over it. After eating a few more fries, I was done with the meal and tossed the rest. My husband had the fish combo with regular fries. He forced down 2 pieces of fish and some fries and then tossed the rest. We really wanted to love our meals, but it just wasn't what we were expecting. We wasted about $42. The service was great though. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and the cooks had no problem remaking my fries. Would I go back? That's a definite no.

For my husband and I, we had a great experience. We went on Thursday night. We were greated and we placed our order.
The truffle, parmesan chips were my favorite. 😋😋😋

Fish was mostly breading and very greasy, fries were mediocre at best, Biscoff shake was barely fair. Way over priced. I would never go back

Editing the review and bumping to 3 stars because they apologized after the fact.
They closed down everything after power outage made us wait for 30 mins during lunch hours after ordering and the bill was processed (and the outage happened 10 mins after ordering) can't believe these guys are running a business (they took the food in - even though it is ready. And on top it the employees were not ready to help till the manager came. They are not even willing to look at the receipt and check if those were available (those were indeed available) what a mess to deal with. Kudos to the manager for trying to help. Not coming here again!
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly imho. We have a kid crying for food, they didn’t give a damn.

There was no flavor. I absolutely love fish n chips and they are my go to whenever on a new menu. These were not good. No way near, worth the amount of money paid. 2 orders of fish and chips and 2 bottles of water.......50 bucks....
Wouldn't have minded the price if the food had any flavor.
Sorry....won't be back.
