Best fish and chips I’ve had in Reno. Service was great and food was fresh! Emma, Mann, and Stephanie, were hopping and working as a great team!

I ordered the Lobster and Shrimp basket and loved it. They were perfectly battered and nice and crispy. I got the specialty tartar sauce on the side and it was delicious. My wife also has an allergy to shellfish and they were especially careful at handling her food. I would definitely come back.

Unfortunately, the dining experience left a lot to be desired. The chicken, shrimp, and lobster were of very poor quality: greasy, minuscule in size, and completely bland. The dressings lack any originality, amounting to simple combinations like mayo and sriracha. Furthermore, the value for money is terrible—the side of fries is incredibly skimpy, and the quality doesn't even beat standard fast food. I do not recommend this place.

Took forever and wasn’t cooked well. Batteries was doughy inside and way too much salt!

6 of us ate here on June 16th and 3 of us got food poisoning. The food tasted great but the aftermath was horrible! The service was great as well. The only reason I gave it a 4 star was you couldn't understand the guy calling numbers. The atmosphere is typical fast food.

We were on a trip and I made my husband turn into Reno because I wanted to go to Gordon Ramsay’s fish and chips. I love fish and chips and I told them they’ve gotta be the best. We went there extremely disappointed the fish was greasy and mushy, and the fries were cold and tasteless. Very very disappointed.
If you love, fish and chips, don’t go here.

Came here for the weekend for the USBC open Championship tournament “Nationals” I’m not really a fish guy but they had chicken and I hear good things about it I get there order it paid then seconds later I found out they don’t have any ready and it would be a 30 minute wait. I wasn’t going to wait any longer for food that should be ready right away so I asked for my money back they weren’t rude at all I got my money back and got food somewhere else wish they’d do better and wish I tried the food.

The cashier Timothy was incredible; he was extremely helpful as it was our first time here and he allowed me to sample the lemonade which I greatly appreciated as it was a bit sour for my liking. Overall, great and friendly service! Thanks Timothy!

Horrible bland fish in chips. Fish tasted old. Lobster was okay other than that. I would avoid display since not worth the money.Fifty eight dollars 42 people.Gonna had a much better meal at cal.Dew and lobster tails and fry bread for cheaper

Don't go here. Have had better food at a convenience store. Got the lobster and shrimp and dirty #2 for chips. The tarter sauce was not my cup of tea since I'm used to a more sweeter tarter sauce but the mango curry sauce was pretty good. The lobster and shrimp were very greasy. The chips I was not impressed, tasted kinda left out, they were soggy, and one was cold. The shakes were very good so they have that which doesn't say much. This establishment just has Gordon's name on it and priced higher. He would have thrown the food across the restaurant. Maybe his actual sit down restaurants will be a better experience should I find myself wanting to go to one. I quess I'll take some blame that I should have said something but still. Should have never even remotely been an issue.
Went there yesterday and was pretty disappointed, staff is nice but for the price this is definitely NOT worth it. Didn't even finish my food because it just wasn't it. Have had fish and chips other places that just offered it not that it was supposed to be their entire attraction and had a better experience. Please spend your money elsewhere the celebrity name associated with this place means nothing.
You order before you sit. The menu is simple in 3 steps. Pick shrimp, lobster, chicken or fish. Then pick the types chips (fries) then the sauce.
We picked fish(3), dirty #3 chips (bacon, cheddar, onion, sour cream).
Go look for a table to seat yourself and you’re given a number.
Everything was tasty for a quick meal. The pieces were big, crispy, and flavorful.

We visited Saturday night, 05/16/26. They told us they were out of tartar sauce AND malt vinegar. None of the other sauces sounded good with the fish so we ordered the shrimp with cocktail sauce. We tried to order bottle water but they said they were out of bottled water too! To me the shrimp didn't taste like anything nor did the cocktail sauce. Pretty much zero flavor. The chips were good though. It must have been an off night but come on, how can a fish and chips place be out of tartar sauce and malt vinegar? That's like Subway being out of bread (which, lucky us, has happened to us more than once).
