The fish and chips here are excellent, probably the best you will ever have. These are thick pieces of top quality cod fried perfectly. There are several sauces to choose from. I had the regular tartar sauce (of course) and a curry sauce for both my fries and the fish. The next time I'll choose to have both tartar sauce.
Btw, it's a substantial meal and you may have trouble finishing it.

Had lunch here while visiting friends in Reno. The fish was good and generous portions. I couldn’t eat all 3 fish pieces. The fries were okay. My husband got dirty fries that he liked but I didn’t care for. It’s located at The Row so very pricey for lunch.

First visit for dinner, and it was not worth the value. I ordered the chicken combo with dirty fries . The sauce and ingredients over the fries caused them to be soggy and cold right away. The chicken was not my taste as it's fried in a different type of batter I just don't care for. It came with 3 large pieces. It was a bit on the tasteless unseasoned side. I had the fries remade to fresh regular fries that were nice crispy and hot. I ate half of 1 piece of chicken and was over it. After eating a few more fries, I was done with the meal and tossed the rest. My husband had the fish combo with regular fries. He forced down 2 pieces of fish and some fries and then tossed the rest. We really wanted to love our meals, but it just wasn't what we were expecting. We wasted about $42. The service was great though. The cashier was friendly and helpful, and the cooks had no problem remaking my fries. Would I go back? That's a definite no.

For my husband and I, we had a great experience. We went on Thursday night. We were greated and we placed our order.
The truffle, parmesan chips were my favorite. 😋😋😋

Fish was mostly breading and very greasy, fries were mediocre at best, Biscoff shake was barely fair. Way over priced. I would never go back

Editing the review and bumping to 3 stars because they apologized after the fact.
They closed down everything after power outage made us wait for 30 mins during lunch hours after ordering and the bill was processed (and the outage happened 10 mins after ordering) can't believe these guys are running a business (they took the food in - even though it is ready. And on top it the employees were not ready to help till the manager came. They are not even willing to look at the receipt and check if those were available (those were indeed available) what a mess to deal with. Kudos to the manager for trying to help. Not coming here again!
Kid-friendliness: Not kid friendly imho. We have a kid crying for food, they didn’t give a damn.

There was no flavor. I absolutely love fish n chips and they are my go to whenever on a new menu. These were not good. No way near, worth the amount of money paid. 2 orders of fish and chips and 2 bottles of water.......50 bucks....
Wouldn't have minded the price if the food had any flavor.
Sorry....won't be back.

The fish and chips were a bit pricey, but I guess that's what you pay for when you go to a big name chain restaurant. But hey, the food was delicious, and the portions were huge! I enjoyed the sauce. I will try the lobster add on next time.

The fish and chips were really good. Meaty fish a nice herbaceous tarter sauce. Very fast very friendly. Great price for the product.

Overpriced.
What it has going for it: nice decor, plenty of seating, amazing lemonade, perfect chips, and reasonably quick service. Its challenges include very small cup sizes and overly breaded, unpalatable fish. Celebrity chef restaurants sell high on their namesake, Can someone tell this place they are not on the Strip with their prices? If the feature item of the menu was good, I could begin to understand it. No excuses for the $5 child-sized serving of lemonade, it's good, but not liquid gold. The fish was rejected by Long John Silvers and somehow ended up here. It could be better if it tried.
