The dough is now used for deep-dish style pizza, and the atmosphere has been described as stale. The meat may be smaller and crunchier than before, and the garlic surprise is missing. Service could be friendlier, and there have been issues with the staff forgetting to swipe customer rewards cards. The cleanliness of the dough storage has also raised concerns.
