Chef Duc presented beautifully and skillfully crafted dishes whilst proving such a wealth of information about omikase and sushi in an approachable way, he has a lovely friendly demeanor. Chef Duc displays a fabulous balance of technique, curiosity and excitement about food that cannot be matched. What a wonderful experience for our anniversary ❤️
