10am on a Wednesday: no creamer. How can a coffee shop not have any cream? Told they are short staffed so serving everything on paper plates and cups. Saving grace food was good but man the vibe in there has gone down hill

I am from out of town, and I always try to visit this cafe when I’m in Reno. Nestled on a quiet street within walking distance of the downtown casinos, it has plenty of seating both inside and outside.A bit pricey (what isn’t these days?) but justified for the ambience, food, and service.I already mentioned the atmosphere; the food is fresh, and the portions generous (picture included of the Napa Chicken Salad I had on my most recent visit). Lovely coffee shop with friendly staff, a great selection of both trading and inventive coffee drinks and excellent food! Lots of cozy indoor seating, as well as a great patio space.
