I've been coming here for over 15 yrs.. it was my favorite place for a treat/ dessert.. but I will not be coming here again. First the vibe in the store is just sad. Looks run down ,all white walls ,not very welcoming... One of the best enjoyments there was how the built the bowls with the toppings. They used to put some on the bottom and all over in the top and sides. Not anymore.. they put a few pieces along the side only.. its just sad.. But what really makes me mad is they literally cut the amount they give you in half if you get it to go.. it would be our stop after going to chilis or some place for dessert..we would take it home for later.. they used to use the dome lids (because it comes out like soft serve) like every other place but now they use the flat lids you get for soda cups.. so you get half but still pay the same if not more!! I made sure to ask if they started using those lids now and if it wasn't just for the moment because they ran out of the dome...nope.. they permanently use those now.. just wrong.. The girl helping was nice and the yogurt didn't taste bad so that's the only good thing.. guess it's yogurt beach from now on..

We went in at 7:30 pm 2/16/24 and we treated very poorly. Girl just wanted to leave and kept rolling her eyes at me and my kids. You guys really need to hire better people for this!She was worthless. Sorry but I call it like I see it.

Went this past weekend absolutely thrilled to see my favorite girl back. I did miss out on a couple weekends due to the place not being as cleanness as before. I am absolutely in love with the milky texture I get EVERY-TIME when I revive me yogurt , hands down the best place to stop while In reno, I come from Quincy Ca and will be making my frequent stops again ! Thank you to Zenay and Marina for always making my visits top priority

Wonderful experience! A hidden gem on our last visit to Reno. The yogurt was unlike any yogurt I have had before. So delicious! Make sure to stop by when in Reno! We will definitely be back.

This place right is is Reno's hidden gem!!!! You can mix any flavors you want and they layer the toppings as well so in every bite you can have a teste of it not just on top! You can also have as many as you want well with a fee but that's okay! I love this place the workers are amazing friendly staff. There is so much space inside and out to sit. Highly recommend this yogurt spot!

The tall lady with the blonde highlights was extremely rude as soon as I walked in and she took forever to take my order.
Iv been going to this place for the past 33 years it's always been delicious and 5 stars across the board but the last two times I went something has changed. I always get the peanut butter with chocolate sprinkles. Last night the color of the yogurt was way darker than usual and it wasn't creamy and there's was like 4 sprinkles. My mom ordered one as well, and hers did not taste the same and she ordered toppings but there wasn't any on the bottom,they always put toppings on the bottom. I don't know if ownership changed or the workers but something if off and it isn't the same and I won't drive across town anymore to get what used to be the best frozen yogurt ever! Makes me sad.

I called at 745 pm to see about hours since it was Veterans Day and the woman who answered said, usually 9 pm but maybe 930 because we are busy. We drove down rather than go to yogurt beach arriving at 830. Sign was bright and read "OPEN". 2 employees inside and the door was locked. No explanation just a hand gesture signaling a throat cut and mouthed "we're closed." Disappointed. We ended up going to yogurt beach instead which was closer to home. Poor customer service and unclear communication verbally and through advertisement. Hopefully the manager or owner reviews this and corrects the issue. May try again.

I really love their peanut butter flavored yogurt, how big the sizes are for sorta cheap, how nice the people are. Overall best yogurt place I’ve ever been to though I would not recommend the “vanilla” yogurt

On a hot or cold day there is always room for this place. They have a variety of flavors for their frozen yogurt. I tried cake batter, cookie batter, and peach. They have different flavors rotating throughout the month. Inside there is a small seating area to enjoy your frozen treat. They have a plethora of toppings to choose from. I opted in for a mini size that was a great size for me. They have a child size then mini then small, going all the way up to large. For the toppings they have fruit, along with the regular candy and chocolate toppings. They are in the same parking lot as Goodwill in South Reno. After a long day of thrifting I would recommend stopping by here for dessert. My favorite part about this place is that it is not self-serve. I feel like it's more organized with the toppings and flavors because only the workers are dealing with them.

Tasty yogurt spot, each topping is extra which ends up for a really pricy fro-yo snack, ended up getting the hot fudge sundae which was tasty but nothing spectacular, also got one of the stuffed pretzels which came out piping hot but stale
