My appp froze up so I ordered again. The manager was great. Refunded my second order. Still I didn't get my tacos. Maybe my fault for not checking but someone should be checking that everything is there. Don't want to be a complainer. Just pay attention.

The food is either decent or absolutely trash. I love jack in the box but this one has staff that aren’t trained which is okay or are rude which is not okay. And altogether just needs help to get back together.

It is ALWAYS a serious situation coming here. There is always plenty of staff on duty, BUT they are always gossiping as the entire staff is in the drive through and fry station area. The Assistant manager is never responsible enough to stop the chattering or have a member at the ready for walk-in customers. The lack of quality personnel must be absorbed somewhere in the ranks. It's ALWAYS this way when I come in.

They have surprisingly a good tacos, I was completely shocked being in Reno Tex-Mex is abundant, while Jack in the box is no comparison to the authentic, their tacos are a good second choice if you want a decent taco, #butchyboom That's my YouTube channel, definitely approves and recommends, got to love Reno!

It was disgusting when my daughter and I went out to eat at Jack in the Box. We got sick from eating at Jack in the Box. I will never go there again. It was disgusting. I wouldn't even give it one star.??
Road trip to see pictographs and breakfast was on the move, had butter croissant sausage egg sandwich was yum, Thanks Jack keep it funky

Most fast food places there's not a lot to say. But the 3 Jack in the box that I go to actually have people with decent attitudes they keep their restaurants clean. Untell the pigs walk in an don't know respect. They leave there trash dump soda then walk out. I find that sad. I worked At Jack in the box in the 70s so I know how hard it is to work at a fast food restaurant. But their lots are clean the restaurant is clean the appearances are clean and the food's not on messed up the hamburgers are rapped properly unlike McDonald's. So far I haven't found any black ice in the 3 Jack in the box that I go to which is mold in the ice macdane and I haven't found that here. Everything is wiped down and clean. Even if I walk out with my food I'm always watching everything in a place I go.
