Food is always done right! However, you shouldn't go on your lunch hour or when you're short of time. The wait is ALWAYS long.
Horrible experience. Made a simple order, 3 of the same thing. Order was repeated to me at the window, I paid and got my order. After looking at my order I realized that the tacos where incorrect. I went in and asked for them to correct the issue, they wanted to see my bag. I went back and got my bag, and my receipt. Upon looking at my receipt, I realize not only did I get the wrong food, I was also charged for the wrong meals. The women in the front basically accused me of having an order that I didn't have, and wouldn't give me what I was owed, even though I had handed her back the tacos they made incorrectly. So not only was I over charged for my meal, I didn't even receive what I ordered, nor what I was charged for. I paid $40 for 3 bean burritos and a side of beans and rice. I was very upset, but as the women was pregnant, I decided to leave. Will be calling corporate.Update: The three burritos we did receive, as well as the side of beans where so salty we couldn't even eat them.

I ordered through the drive-through, and I ordered 6 chicken tacos and a large Dr. Pepper. She asked me twice what I wanted. When I got to the window, she hands me my box and says, "Have a nice day." I then asked her what about the LG Dr. Pepper? She says, "I didn't hear that, I said ok, can I get one, please, she say you have to pay for it, I say ok that's fine. I'm back at work, I have 6 beef tacos, not chicken like I ordered? ? you would think for $14+change they'd at least get something on my order right. Tried to call, they won't answer the phone!
