Good for greasy Americanized Mexican food!! Inconsistent with the ingredients in my experiences. Some times there's a ton of cheese/cheese product in the burritos, some times I wonder if there's any cheese!! I believe with the plethora of choices for Mexican style food in the area, J.J's should step up their game!

Today our company got a box of sandwiches and a container of pickles yum!! cause they opened a new store it was so appreciated everyone thought it was so nice and thoughtful!! and so cool love jimmy John’s, our company yes we do order from them personally and office ordering and love them so thanks for making the day special! I ordered a sandwich online and paid for it. I arrived and it was not ready. Then I took back to my hotel room the worst Tuna sandwich I've ever had. Very little Tuna. Tiny bits of cheese and slim slices of cucumber. It was already soaked into the thin bread. First and last ever trip to Jimmy Johns.

My order was not correct. My sandwiches looked old and smashed. I called the store and was told that there was nothing that can be done with vulgar terms and told "we are not doing anything" and was hung up on. I went to the store to attempt to remedy the situation, I was then met with more attitude and discord and spoke to in a vulgar manner. The associate took my food in the back and then gave me told me that they would not refund my money. I explained I didn't want to eat the sandwiches that were taken in the back as I did not know what was done to them. I was cussed at by all three of the employees and was not given my money or the food I ordered and paid for. I would like this rectified immediately.

They welcomed me, fast service. Paid and got out. The staff before used to be a bit more friendlier and gave me a bag with my sandwich with napkins. This time they handed me just the sandwich and it was kind of oily but the food is good.

Ordered a BLT via a online delivery order under the impression that the bacon would be hot & cooked instead I got a cold BLT sandwich who orders or sales cold BLT sandwich now I'm out of $10.99 plus a $5 dollar delivery fee.. Smh y'all should be ashamed. Then I call all the young lady says is "we only serve cold sandwiches here." Wish I new that as a BLT is usually hot not a cold uncrispy bacon & I payed for extra bacon! And tipped the driver $4 for unsatisfactory food.
40 minutes plus is the usual wait time for a sandwich pick up. Often forget to add the extra condiments requested.

I work for a local property restoration company and went to get lunch at the new JJ's on Virginia by Circus Circus. They took pictures of my work truck and acted like I was doing something wrong. The other day, my coworker experienced the same thing, they told him to move his vehicle before he even got a chance to get a sandwich. All the employees are parked in the parking lot but if you are a customer, they will harass you for bringing your business there. Totally insane. I've now talked to multiple people who are boycotting this location because of the manager's misbehavior.

Went to Jimmy John’s off 7th street today. The cashier had nasty hickies all over her neck. That was the most absurd part about it. The food was mediocre. Not what I expected it to be. Got a Cubano and when I think of a cubano, they’re normally heated. Not what it was. We ordered a sandwhich on normal sliced wheat bread. It’s not what we got. None of the sandwiches were sliced in half. Just wasn’t impressed.
