We have just started to be regular customers at this deli. We go to different locations and are so pleased with the consistency of the sandwiches. They are always so fresh and delicious!

Snow on the ground is not an excuse to take 50 mins to deliver the complete wrong order less than a mile. Also the delivery dude went to the wrong address even with delivery instructions. Then I call to see if the correct order will be delivered and they have no clue. Manager calls back 15 mins later and says they voided it instead. Useless college kids

Went to Jimmy John’s off 7th street today. The cashier had nasty hickies all over her neck. That was the most absurd part about it. The food was mediocre. Not what I expected it to be. Got a Cubano and when I think of a cubano, they’re normally heated. Not what it was. We ordered a sandwhich on normal sliced wheat bread. It’s not what we got. None of the sandwiches were sliced in half. Just wasn’t impressed.

It was the only Jimmy John's open late on Saturdays. Figuring out exactly where it was located was a little bit of a pain because Google maps said it was located inside Circus Circus. Which it definitely is not. Once we found it though we were happily surprised to see they had their own little parking lot (I really hate street parking). The service was quick and the atmosphere was nice. The staff was very friendly as well. Since it had taken us a while to find the building I had to use the restroom. The restrooms were very clean. They needed a code to get into so there weren't random people off the street sneaking into them and making the restrooms gross. All and all it was a good experience. Hopefully Google changes the part about it being IN the casino.

I have lived in San Antonio & Denver and Jimmy John’s service was always elite. Reno couldn’t be more opposite. My husband walked in today to order TWO sandwiches for us. The MANAGER looked him in the face and said “we are not accepting any more orders because we have a wrestling team we are taking care of” and that we could go to another Jimmy John’s location. This place needs to reconsider how they treat people and learn good customer service. Jersey Mikes it is.
Best subs so far and I’ve tried all the other sub shops, I get the spicy Italian, yum!

ID REQUEST THAT ANYONE BUT MARTIN DELIVER YOUR ORDERI work in student housing put my building name. I got a call from the driver telling me he does not deliver to student housing ( yet they have before so I'm assuming MARTIN doesn't like to) and then got hung up on. When MARTIN arrives I am already outside waiting as requested. Not only did MARTIN pass all entrances hes stopped in the street instead of just pulling into the parking garage. I told him he could park in guest parking in the future and he looked at me like it was hebrew. I asked him for his name and handed me my order and walked away. WORST DELIVER PERSON EVER!! Spoke with the manger he was nice but didn't sound surprised. I did request that he's not allowed to deliver to this building.

Sandwiches are mostly veggies no meat, the service at this location is awful ? the guy at the register is a total dush bag an acts like he's top of his game when you ask about a sandwich ? I ordered a number 7 an wanted to add extra peppers. His response was "Lady, it comes with enough". Who are you to decide what's enough? They forgot to add mustard an I didn't realize till I had already made the drive home. Also be prepared to bag your own food to go cus they are to busy to put your sandwich in a bag with napkins. Ridiculous
