Went here today for lunch today, and it was horrible. Staff was cold and not friendly. I ordered a #8, and it was wrong. It is supposed to have roast beef, ham, Mayo, and mustard. It only had ham, lettuce, bacon, and mayo. I was in a rush and didn't catch it until I was gone, but how hard is it to make a sandwich?? I have never had a good experience with this place and this will be the last time I visit.

Terrible experience. The guy with glasses and beard in the photo was very rude, unprofessional and basically didn’t want to work there. We came to the store at 8:30pm and the store hours said they close at 9pm as shown on the photo. I asked the guy whether they are open and he says “Unfortunately” and started saying something to the woman behind him and then started throwing stuff around. I was confused, and then asked again since he seemed annoyed to be open. Same answer. I told him how are you open if you’re throwing a tantrum and saying “unfortunately”. I almost lost it but just left the place. I didn’t want to take a risk with my food being prepared by some unstable tantrum throwing guy. We love eating at jimmy johns but we’ll never step again into this location or maybe any location if the owners can’t even hire proper personnel (these people are preparing our food). The owner of this location should definitely consider firing this guy, he’s costing them a lot of money.

Our sandwiches here are always delicious! Our orders are right everytime. I usually place my order through the app and my food is ready quickly. My biggest complaint is that the 3-4 times I have ordered the pesto pasta salad they are out! Doesn't matter what time of day it seems. Either make more or remove from the menu. Shesh!!! I just want to try the dang salad!!!! ?

I recently gave the Jimmy John’s on Longley in Reno another shot after a disappointing experience at a location in Washington, and I’m so glad I did! This place is night and day compared to my previous visit elsewhere.

Manager Javier is amazing—he greeted me warmly and made sure everything was running smoothly. His friendly and professional demeanor made a great first impression and set the tone for my visit.

Peter took my order and was incredibly efficient and polite. He handled everything with a positive attitude and ensured my sandwich was made exactly how I wanted it. His attention to detail and customer care were top-notch.

Kailyn also stood out with her cheerful and meticulous service. She made sure every detail of my order was perfect and even checked in to see if I needed anything else, adding a nice personal touch to the experience.

Overall, the combination of Javier’s excellent management and the hard work of Peter and Kailyn made this visit one of the best I’ve had at any sandwich shop. It’s way better than the Jimmy John’s in Washington, and I’m thrilled I gave this location another shot. I’ll definitely be returning and recommending it to friends. Keep up the great work, team!

Does the staff here make it a habit to mark pickup orders as ready for pickup when they haven't even been started? I hope my experience was an exception not the rule.

Why I walked out. While in the middle of ordering, with the employee feet away from the register, a guy walks in and while behind me, over my shoulder yells, because the music is so damn loud, is there an order for Wilfredo back there? Then there's this, Alfredo? No, Wilfredo. Alfredo? No, Wilfredo with a W. The employee, now looking at the only wrapped sandwich with a receipt on it and which should be on the shelf by the front door, asks the guy if the order is for Willie? It was! Then there was the discussion as to bag or not to bag. Insulted by the rudeness of both and the assault on what's left of my already damaged ear drums, I walked out. To the owner: good luck with this business model.

What kind of restaurant closes at 6pm the entire week, besides Saturday.. When you close at 3pm and aren’t even open on Sunday. Such a joke.

I Frick end love the Frenchie sandwich it's simple & delish. It figures that they'd discontinue it.They have a good selection of sandwiches, though. The last few times I've been in a JJ's the service was not great, it's almost like the folks who work there have finally realized that they work in a sandwich shop. Before covid when I would go there, there was music playing the staff had smiles on their face's, & really seemed to enjoy their job's.Not so much anymore.
