Me and my wife came to this restaurant. I had already eaten so I was not planning on eating while here. When we arrived they wouldn't let us in only because I did not plan on eating. After raising havoc with the staff they let us in, but I had to sit in a corner not blocking traffic for other customers. I understand capacity and restaurants have to make money, but this service was ridiculous. 1/10 for me.

Came to dinner with my husband and they wouldn't let us in because he wasn't going to eat , after the hostess spoke to the manager they let us in and my husband had to sit to the side of the bar, because they won't even sit you at one of their tables if everyone is not having all you can eat .. I ordered a roll and it took about 9 min , I never had a server come up and offer me anything to drink , ... after about 20min a guy came a filled my glass with water .. (I wanted to order lemonade) but he never asked or acknowledged me. Horrible service .. and not worth the price at all !! Never coming back. Rolls were not that good either.

Well, well, well...... I am so happy we came here tonight. We sat at the sushi bar and our server was awesome. Her name is Amy Guo and she is got to be the best sushi chef We've ever had. We asked for Garlic edamame and they said they didn't do that, a few minutes later, Amy came out with garlic edamame, asked us if that's what we wanted and we said it was fine, then told her it's better when the garlic was fresh and minced, not thinking to much about it but very great full that she did that. A few minutes later she came back with freshly minced garlic and more edamame. Just these little things matter to us, she was great the whole night in little other ways that made us feel as if we knew her a long time, even though we had just met tonight. We f I could give 10 stars, I would, all because Amy

Not friendly like it used to be. You are given 1 hour only to order and finish all of your All you can eat Sushi and not at the tables, you are only allowed all you can eat at the sushi bar. The hostess was so unfriendly which was a disappointment because an employee recommended the place. No thanks !

I am a regular at this restaurant. My faves are the El Jefe, the Ex-girlfriend, and the Kanpai. The Angelica also deserves a mention.

We have been coming to kokopeli and kanpai for years as it was always a good source for great sushi. That is no longer the case. Price is $32pp now for the all you can eat and the quality is turned in to store bought variety. We went today and I literally wanted to walk out about 20 minutes after we sat down as we were still waiting for our first roll we ordered and when it got to us it was all rice and just sloppy thrown together. I could have made something better at home just messing around. Place went way down hill and is no where near worth the price. We will no longer visit this restaurant. You are better off driving about a mile down the road and going to one of the off strip ayce sushi spots.

Wow! This was incredible. We walked by yesterday and I wanted to eat here but it was closed. Today though, today was glorious. Our server Carmen was very friendly, kind and attentive. The food was divine. You must try the El Jefe. The roll was so delicious and the sauce it came with was out of this world. Just the right amount of sweet without being too much. Very glad we ate here and will certainly come back the next time we are in town.

This restaurant is located just before the entrance of Circus Circus if you're walking from Silver Legacy and Eldorado. I was talk into the all you can eat sushi and sat at the sushi bar. All items on the menu were included. Initially I thought this was a fabulous deal for $31 but I regret it. You're limited to one hour. The sushi chefs were overwhelmed with table orders so we had to pace ourselves placing orders. It was a bite frustrating especially when you're on the clock. I felt sorry for the chefs. They were busy the entire time we were there. The food was decent but nothing stood out. We had your typical special rolls that you find at all sushi restaurants. I do not recommend this restaurant. There are much better all you can eat sushi place in town.

Times are not correct for hours of operation. Managers are unprofessional and rude. Will not go back

Service was welcoming and friendly. Carlos (our sushi chef) is a master of his craft. The sushi was fresh and flavorful, never boring. Price was reasonable for what you would expect from an all you can eat sushi spot. When I travel to Reno again, I will be coming back.

Definitely different from their old setup (that I only ate at once) but this is very nice too. Ended up eating here twice during my last visit so that has to say something about it. We sat at a table versus the sushi bar. Placed our orders using the sheets you mark with what you want. While I'm a big sushi lover now, I still tend to stick with the simplest things. I always gotta get my California rolls and theirs were delicious. The more interesting choices in my pictures always belong to my boyfriend lol It's a good location if you are staying at Circus Circus or the surrounding casinos/hotels. Service is good, food is tasty, I have no complaints. I would recommend and know I will be back!

Publish correct hours. Kinda sucks when you go to a restaurant which is published as "open until 10", and show up at 845 and they are closed. Not fun
