We have loved this place for years, and now their new menu has even more vegan and vegetarian options. The servers are very helpful and happy to leave off any non vegan sauces.

Go to the Carson location foods better service is better even small things like the ginger and menu lay out are better went to both locations one day after the other and was very disappointed been going to the Carson location for around 10 years and will still go there even if it’s an extra bit of driving

I really love this place. We've been to multiple sushi places around town and this one clearly takes the cake. Great fish quality and lovely people!! Their new menus are just a cherry on top. Always will recommend this place

I cannot say enough great things about Kei Sushi. I’m so grateful to have a place to go eat sushi with celiac disease. The staff at Kei are friendly and welcoming. They do a great job handling gluten free allergies and celiacs. I love the inclusivity. The sushi is delicious and the atmosphere is great. Would recommend to anyone. 10/10

We went here for a birthday lunch with 10 people and didn't have a reservation. When we checked in the guy gave an irritated sigh and got the table ready. The server was rude the whole time and when the last few people from the party arrived he came over right as they sat down and asked if they were ready to order and just didn't want to be there clearly. They got nicer the longer we were there but we didn't appreciate that kind of obvious irritation and bad service. We love this place because of the food but I guess if you have more than 2 people they don't want you there despite the mandatory 20% tip for whatever service they provide.

Came with a party of 7. Very large menu many items which are not sushi for you non sushi lovers. Only problem is they served everyone's rolls on community plates so did not really know what you were eating. Some of us have food allergies so this is a problem. But very good food.

The food that they did remember to bring out was good. Reminders were needed for other items. They limit your order of Unagi to 1 order. Wouldn't let us sit at the bar because supposedly it was reserved. Atmosphere felt like being at a restaurant where someone got mad and changed the background music to Disney Princesses sing-a-longs.
Worst of all, the wasabi was not spicy at all..... how is that even possible.

Save your time and go across to the mall. Upon entering the establishment, your nostrils are assaulted by the chemical smell of their cleanser. We sat and ordered two Bento boxes. We were planning to sit there and eat, but the smell was so overpowering that I had to request our meals to go.

As we waited we were served our miso, which was lackluster, and the water served had a chemical/soapy taste.

When the food was delivered and we went to eat it, we were given utensils but no soy sauce. Which was desperately needed because the rice tasted like it was a day old, and the california roll tasted straight out of the cooler.

The chicken was tasteless and rubbery. Just hands down, a disappointing experience.

They even have a sign threatening to charge you for leftover sushi from the "all you can eat." I should have paid attention to that Red flag.
