“I went in to buy my husband and I each a 3 piece meal. Was greeted with a beautiful smile from Ishmael. He was excellent. Best service EVER. The restaurant was spotless. So clean. The chicken was hot and delicious. What a wonderful lunch. I took it home to surprise my hard working husband. He was absolutely Delighted. Thanks again Ishmael for your exceptional attitude. We will be back.“

“I had stopped going to this KFC a few years ago becasue of the terrible service and food quality and not tasting the way it should! I have had to drive all the way into town to the next KFC miles away to obtain meals. A few weeks ago I was in a hurry and stopped at this location on Damonte Ranch and was expecting to be disappointed yet again. I WAS SURPRISED! The new crew and manager are excellent, and everything was what I could hope for as to the flavor of the food and quality of service! I was told that the new Manager had only been there for about 6 or 7 months. what a turn around he has made in this location! AWESOME!“

“Just not the same old KFC chicken and the recipe is not the same as it was. Just like everything else in the O'Biden economy!! WAY overpriced and the quality of their product has sharply declined. But, the staff was professional and well trained.“

“I ordered ahead in the app; I usually like my drinks with no ice, but unfortunately, there isn't an option for no ice in the app. When I arrived, I asked if they'd already made the drink, cause if they hadn't, I'd like it with no ice. They had already made it, but they offered to make it again with no ice. Great customer service. Restaurant was also cleaner than I expected“
