Went to this location last night to try the smashed potato bull combo with my fiance last night. Tried to order two of them in the drive-thru the lady working the drive-thru could hardly speak English and when I get up to the window she had taken down the completely wrong order. Tried to charge me for something completely different and when I asked to speak to a manager or someone else. She just got really silent and wouldn't answer any of my questions. Then I asked for my card back. She gladly gave me my card back and then I left this is some of the worst customer service I've ever seen in my life

I ordered the 12 piece nugget combo and didn't realize I was missing nuggets until I got back to my room. Mashed potatoes had a weird taste. I didn't enjoy this visit.

If you buy a gift card to help feed the homeless at Kentucky fried Chicken and the home is going there to redeem it they will not allow him to use the the Kentucky fried Chicken on South Virginia in Reno if you buy a gift card in there they will not allow you to redeem it the next day won't allow you to purchase food

I went to pick up an online order. I was the only person in the drive through. I understand these fast food places have timers and the employees are Is timed. There's nobody inside the store. Nobody outside of KFC on South Virginia. I'm the only one in the drive throw. So they tell me my orders not even ready. I put in the order like twenty minutes twenty five minutes earlier I know that the food is precooked If this food wasn't precooked it would have taken longer. So the woman asked me if I could pull around to the front and walk inside the lobby and wait for my food. I asked her if she could bring it out to me at the curb side pickup. After about a ten or fifteen minute wait, they never came out to bring me my food. So I then proceed to get out of my car going inside and ask for my order. The woman looked confused I gave her the name. She's looking all over the place and it's right under her nose. So they didn't bring it out to my car. And it was sitting there for 10 or 15 minutes. Even though they told me they bring it out. What after passing through a bump into a he feels homeless people and being asked for spare change. I left the store never to go back to that particular k f c again.

Husband walked in to order. Ordered 1, 3 PC tenders with mashed potatoes instead of fries and 1, 4pc extra crispy. Got home and had 1, 3pc original mixed pieces and 1, 4pc original recipe. I called the store, was put on hold, listened to the girl serve at least 8 people before I hung up. Tried to call again....over 100 times the phone is busy. Thought about going to the store but not gonna waste my gas. I had mashed potatoes and a biscuit for dinner....thanks KFC!
