I have a very low baseline for what is edible and this place was truly terrible. We ordered the nachos and they were rancid, cold, flavorless, and seemingly wet with a milky white liquid…. This was without a doubt the worst plate of food I’ve ever been served. This was on a Thursday evening, not even an odd hour. I’ve eaten a lot of crap but we had to send this back and preferred to go hungry. DO NOT EAT HERE.

Whether you're going to security for departures, or heading to the arrivals luggage carousel... you'll walk right past this cool and convenient eatery. I make it a point to dine here each time I frequent this airport. And it's often. I've tried various meals with their pork, chicken and beef, and have thoroughly enjoyed them all. Hot, flavorful, and plentiful. Without fail..I will finish my meal with their caramel flan! The texture and taste, love it! The service is fast and friendly, so you can count on making your estimated departure. Definitely worth your time.

Biggest rip off airport restaurant around. I asked for ground beef enchiladas w extra cheese. Got charged $18.50 and there was no cheese. Wonderful. Skip this dump and go to the many great Mexican restaurants in Reno. What a dump

Gluten friendly, but not celiac safe due to a small, shared kitchen space. Sitting at the counter I was able to watch the chef do her amazing work! And the whole area was so CLEAN! The chef kept the kitchen/cooking area clean and the front house staff kept that area clean-even though it was very busy. I had the chicken salad and the greens were crisp, the chicken juicy, and the portion size perfect for a preflight meal. I splurged and ordered their flan. It was a bit too caramelized for my taste, but the consitency was pleasant and again, a good portion size.
I will eat here again when I fly into Reno in the future.

Dietary restrictions: Gluten friendly, not celiac safe.

I’ve made a habit of eating here and getting takeaway for several years. Service is always good. Staff friendly.

I will NOT EVER BE PURCHASING FROM THEM AGAIN SOLELY because they run a scam on takeaway food.
One person in our party dined in
One person got a machaca burrito.
THEY BOTH ORDERED THE SAME EXACT ITEM.

The takeaway machaca burrito was literally half the size it normally is. The person ordering it always gets the same thing.

Our friend who dined in and didn’t want to eat in the upstairs airport restaurant laughed at the difference. He said his was at least DOUNLE THEBSIZE of the takeaway burrito.

This is no way to treat loyal customers.

It’s also the job of the staff to check CINSISTENCY.

We are now telling the at least 15 people we’ve told about this spot to never buy from them.
Mathis sorry is from easily 19 months ago. They were only ever medium busy. Several in our group of friends have commented how they are noticeably slower no matter what time of day.
Seems their cheap trickery is being notice by more than our small group of 15+

For an airport restaurant it deserved 5 stars. The staff is friendly and makes good effort. It’s in the departures area outside security. Good place to say goodbye to folks.

Kid-friendliness: Casual. Kids welcome.

This place is terrible!! Rice was cold. Beans were hard. Breakfast burrito was small and the potatoes were cold. I spent $21 for the 16$ breakfast burrito plate and a soda. Total rip off. Do not eat there!!!

I stop here every time I fly out of RNO. Always been good and prices are fair for an airport restaurant.

They literally have BUGS in their liquor! Please BEWARE! They do not care, at all and will not care about you drinking it before you realize! Avoid this place at all costs. Best to just go through TSA and enjoy the bars up there!

If I could give negative stars I would. Money is the bottom line here. Not atmosphere, or customer service. I plan on telling as many people I can adout how horrible the experience was. No flour tortillas? When I had only a water I tipped a dollar. They gladly took it and walked away with a very sarcastic smile saying have a nice day.

Pretty good for an airport restaurant. The steak in the burrito was a bit dry but the sauces made up for it
